How To make After School Cookies
1 c Soy flour
1 c Milk; non-fat powdered
1/2 c Wheat germ
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Dates; chopped
2 Egg
1 c Cheese; creamy cottage
2 tb Honey
2 tb Water
2 tb Oil; vegetable
1 ts Vanilla
In a large bowl, mix soy flour, milk powder, wheat germ, raisins and dates. In small bowl, mix cheese, eggs, water, honey, oil and vanilla. Add cheese mixture to dry ingredients and blend. Dough will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased pan. Microwave at FULL POWER 3-5 minutes or until bottoms are firm. Makes 3 dozen cookies. Microwave time: 3-5 minutes. Conventional range time: 10-15 minutes at 325F.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Mug Cake
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 30 g (3 ½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- 1 ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Dollop of Peanut Butter
Leftover Halloween Candy Mug Cake
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 7 g ( ½ tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Any Halloween Candy of your choice
Lofthouse Sugar Cookie Mug Cake:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp )warm Milk

- 50g (6 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
- 30g ( 1½ tbsp unsalted Butter)
- 15g (1 tbsp) Brown Sugar
- 30g (2 tbsp) White Sugar
- ⅛ tsp Salt ( DO NOT SKIP THE SALT)
- 30g (2 tbsp) Milk
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
PLEASE READ tips and full recipe on how to heat treat flour:
The cookie dough will be soft ( check minute 1:00) this is due to the melted butter and milk. I personally like it this way, but if u want a stiffer consistency you can pop it in the fridge ( check minute:1:08)

Actual Microwave Pizza:
Microwave Cosmic MUG BROWNIE:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 30 g (1 oz) Dark chocolate - 70% cocoa
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Sugar
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
- 40 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Mini chocolate candies/M&MS
For the topping melt in the microwave 30g of Chocolate (1 oz) with 2 tsp of Milk.
This melts really quickly, so careful to not burn your chocolate.

- 60g Sugar (5 tbsp)
- 120g Milk (1/2 cup)
- 100g All Purpose Flour (2/3 cup)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Divide the batter in half and to one half add 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder and 3 tbsp of milk.

30 g (1½ tbsp) unsalted butter
1 tbsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp White sugar
⅛ tsp Salt
30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
2 tbsp Chocolate chips
The cookie dough may seem soft, that's due to the melted butter and milk. For a firmer texture you can refrigerate the dough. It's up to you whether you like a softer texture or a firmer texture.
Edible Sugar Cookie Dough in the microwave:
50 g (6 tbsp) All purpose flour
30 g (1½ tbsp) unsalted butter
2 tbsp White sugar
⅛ tsp Salt
30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla
Small handful of Sprinkles
The cookie dough may seem soft, that's due to the melted butter and milk. For a firmer texture you can refrigerate the dough. It's up to you whether you like a softer texture or a firmer texture.

40 g (5 tbsp) All purpose flour

Holiday Cookies - Cut Out Sugar Cookies , Linzer Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, Chocolate Cookies..you name it! Use this recipe to make your custom cookie box!

Cookie Recipe ( Crispy melt away cookie BASE dough) :
- 750 gr soft room temp Butter ( 6 2/3 sticks )
- 300 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 1/2 cups)
- 3 room temp X Large Egg Whites
- 900 gr All purpose Flour ( 6 cups + 1/2 cup)
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
For tips and advice check the video.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and with each dough make 5 different cookies:
■ Vanilla Butter Cookies:
Leave the first dough as is.
You'll need a piping bag and a tip of your choice.
■ Linzer Cookies:
to the second cookie dough, add:
- 60 gr Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
- 40 gr All Purpose Flour ( 4 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- Jam of your choice
■ Gingerbread *Style* Cookies:
to the third cookie dough, add:
- 2 3/4 tsp Ginger
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 or 3 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 40 gr Flour ( 4 tbsp)
For stronger gingerbread flavor add more ginger.
■ Sugar Cookies:
to the fourth cookie dough, add:
- 50 gr All Purpose Flour ( 5 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
■ Chocolate Sugar Cookies:
to the fifth cookie dough, add:
- 60 gr Sweetened Cocoa Powder ( 7 1/2 tbsp) ( Bloom the cocoa with 5 tbsp hot Milk) If you're using UNsweetened cocoa powder you may have to add 1 tbsp more icing sugar.
- 20 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 tbsp)
- Melted good quality chocolate to fill the cookies

Microwave Double Chocolate Chip Cookie:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 25 g (1¾ tbsp) sugar
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Milk
- 7g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ( 1 tbsp)
- 55 g (⅓ cup + ½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons of Chocolate chips
***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***
● Allow the cookie to rest 5 - 8 minutes on a wire rack before eating or it will break.
● This cookie is meant to be eaten warm! So enjoy fresh!
● Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the cookie after 1 minute. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. DO NOT over bake.
