Now let me tell you I went through sooooo many cheesecakes before learning how to master it to perfection every single time, a lot of times my cheesecakes will come out cracked, overcooked, crust would be soggy, deflated, it was just a hot mess every time ???? I finally got it and I’m sure you noticed because I been showing you how to make cheesecake from the churro to strawberry now the real deal!!! ???? Mexican style cheesecake:
Pumpkin churro cheesecake
Strawberry crunch cheesecake
Pumpkin pie cheesecake
Cheesecake fruit salad
Tip ‼️⚠️ refrigere overnight! To make the jelly you will need
16 oz berries( cut into 4 if using strawberries)
1/2 lemon zest and juice
1/2 cup sugar
add all ingredients in small saucepan on high heat, (mix constantly)once the berries begin to let out some foam (approximately 5 minutes) remove it;( it will make your jelly bitter if you don’t) then reduce heat to low heat and begin to smash the berries down, continue mixing and allow the mixture to thicken up about 5-10 more minutes, allow to cool then refrigerate until it’s time to use it’s very easy! You can add 1 tbsp cornstarch mix with 1 tbsp cold water if you want jelly to be thicker
I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
Don’t over-beat your batter, and spray your springform pan with non stick cooking spray! In case you forget, just run a thin knife or thin metal spatula all around the cheesecake!
Bake at 325f for 1 hour
Ingredients: 9” cheesecake
For the crust:
15 graham crackers or 2 1/4 cup cookie crumbs
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
10 tbsp unsalted butter
Pinch salt
For the cheesecake batter:
32 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs at room temperature
Pinch salt
1 serving of love ????

World's Best Eggless Cheesecake | Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe | Mother's Day Special
A creamy blueberry cheesecake is a recipe that every baker should have! The buttery base, combined with the creamy cheesecake filling and the sweet and tart blueberry topping is a match made in heaven.
If you're trying to make something special for #MothersDay , then this dessert should definitely be on the list. I'm sure your mom will love all the effort that you put into it.
Written recipe-
Baked cheesecake with eggs-
Ingredients:
Crust
2 + ½ cups (250 grams) crushed biscuits
1/2 cup (113 grams) melted butter (salted)
Filling
1+ 1/2 cup (225 grams) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (120 grams) heavy cream
2 tablespoons (15 grams) corn flour
2 teaspoons (15 grams) vanilla
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) lemon zest
1 cup (306 grams) condensed milk
Topping
2 cups (380 grams) frozen blueberries
1/4 cup (55 grams) sugar
1 tablespoon (14 grams) lemon juice
2 teaspoons (5 grams) corn flour
3 tablespoons (44 grams) water
A main ingredient here is cream cheese. If you can't find cream cheese in your local stores, you can very easily make it at home! Watch my video on How To Make Cream Cheese At Home-
If you don't want to use cream cheese, you can very easily substitute it with hung curd instead.
Another important ingredient is condensed milk. I love using condensed milk in my cheesecakes. You can make condensed milk at home by following this simple recipe:
Homemade Condensed Milk
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
Process:
In a heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar and bring it to a boil while stirring it constantly.
Cook for atleast 10 minutes or until it reduces to little more than half it’s quantity.
Now lower the flame and add baking soda. Stir it constantly for next 5 to 7 minutes till it becomes slightly thick.
Transfer it in a jar and let it cool down completely.
A perfect baking pan for a cheesecake is a spring form pan. You can find the one I use on this link :

Prep time: 15 to 20 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Cooling time: 2 to 3 hrs
Crust:
1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full crackers worth)
6 Tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
16 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Strawberry Topping:
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen) (doesn't have to be exact)
1/2 cup of strawberry jelly (doesn't have to be exact)
3 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of cornstarch

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
