How To make Baked Caramel Corn
1 c Butter
2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Cornsyrup
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Vanilla
6 qt Popped Popcorn
Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, cornsyrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, than boil,without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over corn, mix well. Turn into two large, shallow baking pans. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool completly. How To Make Perfect Caramel Popcorn in the Oven

Don’t like boiling the caramel for caramel popcorn? Then try this super easy and foolproof oven method… But be careful; it’s really addictive!
For popcorn:
1/2 cup (125 mL) popcorn kernels
2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter
For Caramel:
1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
2 Tbsp (30 mL) corn syrup -or- molasses
4 Tbsp (60 mL) brown sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) sugar
pinch of salt
Pre-heat oven to 300ºF (150ºC)
Pop popcorn, by melting butter in a pot over med-high heat. Pour in popcorn kernels, cover with lid and shake until there are 5-6 seconds between pops.
Place all remaining ingredients in a small pot; gently heat and stir until all ingredients have melted together. (don’t boil!)
Pour caramel over popped corn and stir to coat.
Pour popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating.

Honey Roasted Caramel Corn is an updated honey twist on a simple, old fashioned treat. Everyone loves caramel corn, and this recipe starts with just kernels and ends with honey roasted caramel goodness.

✅Ingredients
• ½ cup un-popped popcorn kernels
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup honey
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup butter
• ¼ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1️⃣ 00:15 - Place the un-popped popcorn kernels into a large pot. Pour in oil. Cover and cook over medium heat until most of the kernels have popped and you start to go several seconds between pops.
2️⃣ 01:14 - Spread popped popcorn out onto a large baking sheet. 02:07 - Sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
3️⃣ 01:26 - Combine brown sugar, honey, butter, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4️⃣ 01:50 - Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Immediately pour over the popcorn mixture.
5️⃣ 02:21 - Bake corn in a 250 degree oven for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
6️⃣ 02:46 - Line a clean baking sheet with wax paper. Pour the corn out onto the wax paper and separate into pieces. Cool completely.
