How To make Banana Yogurt Cake
CAKE:
3/4 c Butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Mashed ripe banana
2 c Cake flour, sifted
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
8 oz Banana flavored yogurt
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Flaked coconut
BANANA FLAVORED SYRUP:
2/3 c Water
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Creme de banana
CREAMY NUT FILLING:
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Half-and-half
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Vanilla extract
WHITE SNOW FROSTING:
1/4 c Shortening
1/4 c Butter
1 Egg white
1/2 ts Coconut extract
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 c Confectioner's sugar, sifted
Cream butter in a large mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add banana; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a medium bowl. Add flour mixture to cream mixture alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9" round cake pans. Sprinkle 1/2 c coconut evenly over batter in each cake pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cake layers cool in pans for 10 minutes. Carefully remove cake layers from pans and let cool completely on wire racks. Place one cake layer, coconut side down, on a serving plate. Brush with Banana Flavored Syrup on top. Spread top cake layer with Creamy Nut Filling. Top remaining layer coconut side up. Spread White Snow Frosting on sides and 1" around top edge of cake, leaving center unfrosted. BANANA FLAVORED SYRUP: Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil and let simmer until sugar dissolves. Cool and add creme de banana. CREAMY NUT FILLING: Combine sugar, flour, salt, half-and-half and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and creamy. Remove saucepan from heat, and stir in chopped pecans and vanilla. Cool completely. WHITE SNOW FROSTING: Combine shortening, butter, egg white and extracts in a medium mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Gradually add sifted sugar to cream mixture, beating at medium speed until frosting reaches spreading consistency.

Rich and Moist Banana Nut Yogurt Bread ????
I made two batches, one with nuts on top and without. This version of banana bread is rich, tasty and moist. I intend not to use an electric mixer for those who do not have one available in their kitchen. You can always change how you make it and so are the ingredients.
Note: I only use 3/4 cup of sugar because the bananas I used in this recipe are very ripe and the sweetness is just perfect.

SUPER MOIST BANANA BREAD| recipe
3 over ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 stick/1/2 cup/ 8 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts or nuts of your choice (optional)
Greek Yogurt Banana Bread
A healthier version of Banana Bread - a great pre-workout snack!
Ingredients:
Dry:
2 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
optional 1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Wet:
2 mashed, overripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Stevia
1/3 cup 2% Milk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour wet into dry, and stir to form a batter. Smooth into the prepared pan. If desired, press some chocolate chips into the top. Bake on the center rack 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
TIP: Taste and texture are much better the second day!

ingredients
3pc banana
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1cup walnuts

Banana Yogurt Cake with Walnut ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ripe Bananas
125g Brown Sugar
70g Corn Oil
2 Large Egg
70g Plain Greek Yogurt
250g All-purpose Flour (Medium Protein)
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
100g Chopped Walnut
Optional: 3 coarsely chopped walnut for decoration
Steps:
Peel and mash 3 bananas
Add 125g brown sugar
Mix until sugar dissolved and colour turn pale
Add Oil in 3 batches (mix well every time)
Add egg (one at a time and mix well)
Stir in the Greek yogurt and mix well
Sieve in the flour, baking soda and salt
Mix well and lastly add the chopped walnut
Lightly grease 2 pans (xx x xx)
Divide the batter equally
Optional: add the chopped walnut on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 50 minutes
