1 tablespoon cornstarch

However, with the traditional way of cooking, the frying of the tofu could be a little tricky. With my favorite gadget in the kitchen, the Air Fryer, the recipe becomes almost effortless.

• Broccoli (1 ½ cups)
• Salt (~ 3 tsp)
• Garlic powder (1.5 tsp)
• Cooking wine (1 tbsp)
• Red chili pepper (2 small)
