How To make Black Beans with Bean Curd
1 c Dried red beans
1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Brown sugar
1 c Stock
2 ea Cakes tofu
2 tb Oil
1 ea Green onion, chopped
1 ts Garlic, chopped
1 ea Green chili, sliced
1 tb Salted black beans
1 pn Black pepper
Soak dried beans. Boil until tender. Drain & mash. Stir sugar & soy sauce into the sock & mix with mashed beans. Cut tofu into small cubes. Heat oil & stir fry gren onions, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add black beans, tofu & mashed red beans. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper & serve. Easy Black Bean Tofu (Soy Free & High Protein)
Here is a soy free tofu alternative that you can make at home yourself! It's really easy, high in protein, super cheap to make and you can season it however you would like!

Black Bean Tofu
1 cup of dry black beans
2 cups of water
1 tsp of onion powder
0.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp of pepper
Soak 1 Cup of black beans overnight for at least 10 hours
Strain and rinse
This should give you about 2 cups of soaked black beans
Add to a blender with 2 cups of water and blend until smooth
*If your blender is not strong enough, try a food processor and only add about 1/4 of the water to begin with
Strain through a strainer and add seasoning
Add to a pot and heat on medium until it starts to bubble and thicken, whisking it consistently
Turn down the heat to a low simmer and continue cooking until it is very thick. 12-15 minutes total.
Quickly add it to a glass baking dish and smooth it into the edges.
Let it cool then pop it in the fridge.
It should set up in the fridge in about 1-2 hours
Now cook with it however you would usually use tofu.

4 blocks Firm Tofu / Tokya
1/4 cup Fermented Black Beans / Tausi
4 cups Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
3 to 4 steams Onion Leeks
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 spoon full Corn Starch
1 to 2 cups Water
100 ml Cooking Oil

Stir-fried beans and tofu is a healthy and savoury dish which only includes budget-friendly ingredients and will save you a lot of time with its easy preparation. You can use this as a side dish or serve it with hot steaming rice.
