How To make Biscuit Sausage Quiche
1 pound turkey breakfast sausage
1/4 cup onion
chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper :
chopped
10 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 17.3 ounce pillsbury grands refrigerated
buttermilk biscuits
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and bell peppe r; drain well. In large bowl, beat eggs; stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Se parate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuits in bottom of 13x9" baking dish. Po ur sausage mixture into biscuit lined pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until quic he is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Flaky biscuits make the crust in this Sausage Quiche breakfast bake super easy to make. Perfect for a weekend brunch that everyone will love.
Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) pkg.breakfast sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
10 eggs, beaten
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
Steps
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausage mixture.
2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Pour sausage mixture into biscuit-lined dish.
3. Bake at 375°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Sausage Quiche
Ingredients
• 1 9-inch unbaked deep dish frozen pie crust
• 8 oz mild or spicy breakfast sausage
• 5 green onions green onions thinly sliced
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
• 1 cup half and half
• 6 large eggs
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground mustard
• few dashes hot sauce optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place pie shell on cookie sheet. Set aside.
2. In a non-stick skillet over medium high heat, cook the sausage
3. Add the green onion and cook for 1 minute longer. Drain excess fat from pan.
4. Spread 1/2 sausage mixture in pie shell and sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Spread remaining sausage over cheese.
5. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together the half and half, eggs, salt, pepper,and mustard. Add a few dashes hot sauce, if desired.
6. Pour evenly over sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7. Place into oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set when gently shaken. Check at 30 minutes and lay a piece of aluminum foil on top to prevent over browning if needed.
8. Allow to rest for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Sausage and Spinach Quiche
This is another family favorite! This is a great, hearty breakfast food that will feed a family of 5 easy!
********************
Needed to make
*9 inch pie crust (defrosted)
*1 cup chopped fresh spinach
*1/4 cup minced onion
*6 oz. or 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
*1 cup of shredded cheddar or a marble mix of monterey and jack
*5 eggs beaten
*1/4 cup grated parmeasan
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*1/2 lb. sausage
*1/2 cup of heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
Step 1: Cook sausage and drain. Return to heat and add spinach and onion, cook until onion is clear. About 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2: Place your pie crust into pie dish or tart pan.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add all cheese except the parmesan, egg, sausage mixture, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Step 4: Pour mixture into pie crust and spread evenly.
Step 5: Sprinkle top with parmesan.
Step 6: Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Making sure eggs are done. Set aside to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Now serve. Goes great with hash browns or toast.
