Braised Fennel With Olive Oil and Orange Juice Recipe
Have you ever tried fennel in this way? If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. With olive oil and orange. It is very healthy and delicious. It is also practical. What can you say more?
Ingredients;
* 2 fennels * 1 small onion * 2-3 cloves of garlic * 1 small carrot * Juice of 2 oranges * 1 teaspoon of salt * Some olive oil
Instructions
* Divide the fennels into 5-6 pieces. * Cut the onion and the garlic. * Cut the carrot. * Add all of them in a pot. * Close the lid of the pot and cook it for 20 minutes on low heat. * Add the orange juice, salt and a half glass of hot water if needed and close the lid of the pot. * Cook on low heat for another 25 minutes. (It should be checked during cooking. You can turn off the stove when it comes to the desired cooking rate.) * When fennel is cooked, olive oil is added and served hot or cold.
