Omg guys we did it !! We are at 100 subscribers and over 27 k in view hours and beyond thankful for your time. I created this page over a year ago just to record some videos to show everyone anyone can cook if they can watch a YouTube videos. I try to break the videos and recipes down as simple as I can and less than 15 minutes. I’ve grown to love making the video and receiving comments about other videos and tips.

PERFECT BREAKFAST PIZZA - SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. pizza dough
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Gruyère cheese
1⁄2 cup crème fraîche
salt, to taste, divided
ground black pepper, to taste, divided
7 slices bacon, cooked 4 eggs
2 1⁄2 cups arugula juice of 1⁄2 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
1⁄3 cup chopped chives
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F/204° C.
2. Stretch the dough out into a 12-inch round disc and place the dough in the pan. Use a fork to spike the pizza dough so that the dough will rise more evenly.
3. Brush the border of the dough with the beaten egg.
4. Combine the Gruyère, crème fraîche, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix together. Spread the cheese mixture over the pizza dough.
6. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake at 400° F/204° C until light brown.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven. Crack the eggs on top of the pizza.
8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake at 400° F/204° C for 7–10 mins.
9. Combine the arugula, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix.
10. Remove the pizza from the pan and transfer it to a cutting board. Sprinkle the pizza with the arugula before cutting and serving.
???? Breakfast Pizza Recipe ‘The Aussie’ In The Ooni Pro Wood Oven
Today we are cooking a wood fired pizza in the Ooni Pro Pizza oven. We’re making a mashup of a traditional Neapolitan style pizza and a Breakfast or Aussie Pizza. We are using our own 3-4 day fermented dough, home made Bacon and some eggs. It’s not really an ‘Aussie’, it’s not really Neapolitan… It’s just ours.
Ingredients:
Our own 3-4 day fermented pizza dough
Crushed San Marzano Tomatoes
Crushed red pepper flakes
Our homemade bacon
Fresh Mozzarella
Whisked eggs.

Method:
Preheat the Ooni Pro - around 700ºF on the base tiles, 900º+ on the roof.
Make the dough following the instructions in our other video.
Shape the dough, just using your hands.
Spread on a thin layer of crushed tomato.
Spread on some crushed red pepper flakes.
Spread on some pre cooked bacon.
Pour on teh whisked eggs.
Place on the fresh Mozzarella, just tear it up with your hands.
Cook for 90 seconds or until done, turning occasionally.

30 Minute Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
Fresh, homemade pizza crust is fast and easy with this 30 minute recipe that requires no rise time! Make the perfect thin and crispy crust, just in time for dinner. FULL RECIPE BELOW.

INGREDIENTS
WHITE SAUCE
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
PIZZA
1/2 batch Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust*
1/4 lb. frozen spinach, thawed (about 1 to 1.5 cups)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large eggs
Freshly cracked pepper
1/2 Tbsp cornmeal (for pizza pan--optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Adjust your oven rack to the highest level. Begin to preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
2. To make the white sauce, combine the butter and flour in a small sauce pot. Heat the butter and flour over medium-low heat, while whisking, until it begins to simmer. Simmer and whisk the mixture for about one minute.
3. Whisk the milk into the butter and flour mixture. Allow it to come up to a simmer again, whisking often. When it reaches a simmer, it will thicken. Turn off the heat and whisk in the garlic and salt. Set the sauce aside to cool (it will thicken further as it cools).
4. Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray and/or cornmeal. Stretch the pizza dough out to cover the surface of the pizza pan. Pour the white sauce over the surface and spread it out with the back of a spoon. Bake the crust with the sauce for 5 minutes.
5. Squeeze any excess moisture out of the spinach, then sprinkle the spinach over the surface of the par-baked pizza crust and sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella. Crack the four eggs onto the pizza, equally spaced around the surface. Add a small amount of freshly cracked pepper, then top the remainder of the mozzarella.
6. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese and crust are golden brown and the eggs are mostly set. Allow the pizza to cool for five minutes before slicing (the eggs will continue to firm up after it comes out of the oven).

KETO BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE - The Best Keto Breakfast & Best Keto Pizza Crust!!
I don’t know about you but I LOVE leftover pizza in the morning. But when you make a freshly baked keto pizza, it’s even better!
This keto pizza recipe starts with the best keto pizza crust EVER! This crust is a fathead pizza dough base but it has the perfect combination of almond flour, mozzarella cheese and egg to form a crispy, yet chewy pizza crust. For the full recipe for my keto pizza crust click here:
Next, we spread an easy keto white sauce mixture all over the keto pizza. This white sauce is just garlic, ricotta cheese and salt.
Top with your favorite breakfast foods. I used bacon, basil and egg but any keto approved breakfast items will work.
This makes an easy keto recipe you can meal prep ahead of time. You are making a large pizza and each of the eight slices is 410 calories, 30 grams of fat and 4.8 gram net carbs. This makes the perfect portable lunch to take to work or meal you can eat in the car.

KETO BREAKFAST PIZZA RECIPE
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 ¼ cup almond flour
5 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup full fat ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4 to 6 basil leaves, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a microwave or a non-stick skillet over the stovetop, melt 3 cups of mozzarella.
Add melted cheese, almond flour, 1 egg, baking powder, xanthan gum and ½ teaspoon salt to a food processor and pulse until combined. You can also mix ingredients by hand or with an electric mixer.
Roll the dough out in between two sheets of parchment paper until the dough is ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. Remove top layer of parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add ricotta cheese, garlic and ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix until combined. Set aside.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle crumbled bacon. Add dollops of garlic ricotta cheese mixture evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Keeping the bottom layer of parchment paper under the pizza, place pizza on a baking tray or pizza stone. Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven. Use the back of a large spoon to make 4 divots on the pizza and crack remaining eggs into each divot. Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until egg white are almost set. Set oven to broil and broil pizza until eggs are cooked but yolks are still runny (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).
Remove pizza from oven. Sprinkle basil over pizza.
