Quiche is an egg-based dish that features a smooth and creamy filling with a buttery and flaky pie crust. It is creamier than a frittata and less eggy than an omelette, which means it requires a longer cooking time. To make things quicker and easier, this recipe uses brioche bread instead of a pie crust and the egg-to-cream ratio has been adjusted from traditional quiches. These freshly baked mini quiches are perfect for a quick and balanced breakfast bite on the go!

2 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
A pinch of salt
Freshly ground pepper

2 Tbsp thawed frozen broccoli, buds only
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
2 slices deli ham
¼ cup shredded cheddar
Assembly:
6 slices firm brioche bread

MY TWO FAVORITE VEGETABLE QUICHE/SPINACH AND ONIONS BROCCOLI AND CHEESE /BIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!
THIS RECIPE IS FOR TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF QUICHE
Ingredients:(BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup cooked broccoli chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Ingredients(SPINACH AN ONION QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the spinach,onions, and 1 cup of the Swiss and Gruyere cheese mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Welcome to our channel, today we will be showing you how to make the classic quiche tart recipe.
Filled with green winter vegetables. The homemade crust is very crunchy and buttery. And it paired so nicely with the creamy filling.
ENJOY
For this recipe, you will need a 28 cm loose-bottom tart tin and some baking rice or beans.
For the Pastry
250 gr Flour
150 gr Cold Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cold Water
Bake for 15 mins with baking rice
Bake for 10 mins more without baking rice
For the Filling,
Leek
Asparagus
Broccoli
Zucchini
4 Eggs
250 ml Heavy Cream
Grated Mozzarella
Salt and Black Pepper
Bake for 30 mins at 170C
