-brUCE MCMANUS (TTGP71A) 1 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Allspice
1 ds Salt
1 c Milk
1/4 c Plus 1 tablespoon honey
1/4 c Molasses
1/2 c Raisins
1 tb Orange marmalade
Put all ingredients in order listed; select Sweet Bread>> and push start. SPECIAL NOTE: This is not a yeast bread and does not rise very high. The center of this may remain doughy but rest is good. You can also reduce to 1 1/2 flour, 3T honey,3T molasses, 6 T raisins, 2 T marmalade, 3/4 cup milk. Spices remain same. It makes a smaller loaf but will be fully cooked. As I said I haven't tried this but in writing this for you the old glands began salivating and I guess I will. Probably the variation. Then I think I will use yeast and gluten and see what happens. A Perfect like a Original Brown Bread Recipe Without Oven at Home. A Easy Whole Wheat Bread Recipe by Life with Amna.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 2+1/2 Cup or 300gm
Wheat Bran 1/4 Cup or 15gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm Water as You Required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl add Wheat Flour, Wheat Bran, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well. Now knead it with low Warm Water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Now dust dry wheat flour on the slab and roll the dough (Shape into Bread Size) now take a bread mould and Grease it with oil and put this dough and Sprinkle the Wheat bran and Rise it for 2 hours.
Step 3: Now Preheat the Patila/Cooker/Pot for 10 minutes on High Flame.
Step 4: After that Bake it for 30 minutes on medium to low flame (Already Preheated for 10 minutes on high flame). After that Your Brown Bread is ready. Now rest it until it become into room temperature and then cut into slices.
For Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c to 250c and bake for 20 to 30 minutes on 200c.

I have noticed there is difference in the properties of whole wheat flour/wholemeal flour for different brands
So the amount of water to be added will be slightly differ and the kneading time to achieve good gluten strength will also vary.
And if our dough is not showing enough gluten strength ,our bread will not rise well and so it will be denser in texture than regular white bread.

⁉️For some may find the dough too wet or sticky but if it’s manageable to knead then it’s not necessary to add flour. The longer it’s being kneaded will become smooth & elastic.
⁉️Every flour may behave differently when absorbing liquid, so in case the recipe's measurement might not be compatible with the quality of your wheat flour or if your dough mixture turned out too wet & seems impossible to knead, then it’s a sign to add flour.
✔️Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm water [240 ml]
2 & 1/2 tbsp honey [38 ml]
1 & 1/2 tsp instant yeast [5 grams]
1/4 cup vegetable oil [60 ml]
1/4 tsp salt
2 & 1/2 cups whole wheat flour [300 to 340 grams] (weight may vary, add up if it needs it coz every flour absorbs liquid differently)
