How To make Brownie Fudge Nut Pie
1 3/4 cups Pecan halves
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup Margarine or butter
3 Eggs -- beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons Flour
9" prepared pie crust
Coarsely chop 1 1/2 cup nuts. In medium saucepan, over low heat, stir condensed milk, margarine and cocoa until margarine melts and mix is warm; remove from heat. Stir in eggs, flour, vanilla, and chopped nuts; pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350~F for 50 minutes or until center is firm. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream and remaining nuts.

Walnut Brownie
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Akhrot (Walnuts) 1 Cup
-Cooking milk chocolate 200g
-Makhan (Butter) 125g
-Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Brown sugar 1/4 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1/4 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
-Cooking milk chocolate chunks
-Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped ½ Cup
Directions:
-Roughly chop walnuts & cooking milk chocolate into chunks & set aside.
-In a saucepan add butter and let it melt.
-Add 100g cooking milk chocolate (reserved 100g for later use), cocoa powder & mix well. Cook on low flame until chocolate melts & set aside.
-In spice mixer add sugar, brown sugar and grind coarsely.
-In a bowl add ground sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and whisk well.
-Add prepared chocolate mixture and mix well.
-Add salt, baking powder and whisk again.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Add chopped walnuts and give it a good mix.
-Grease 7 x 9 “oven safe baking dish with cooking oil and place butter paper.
-Pour brownie batter in prepared baking dish and add reserved cooking chocolate chunks (100g) & walnuts.
-Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 20-25 minutes.
-After baking, let it cool and cut into pieces. Serve !

-Spice mill mein cheeni aur brown sugar ko coarsely grind ker lein.
-Bowl mein ground cheeni, anday aur vanilla essence daal ker ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Tayyar chocolate mixture daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Namak aur baking powder daal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Maida daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Ab akhrot daal ker mix karein.
-7 x 9 “oven safe baking dish ko cooking oil se chikna karein aur butter paper laga lein.
-Brownie batter ko tayyar baking dish mein daal dein aur reserved cooking chocolate chunks (100g) aur akhrot daal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 170 C per 20-25 minutes tak bake ker lein.
-Oven si nikal kar thanda ker lein aur pieces mein cur ker lein. Serve karein !

Brownie Pie is a rich, chocolaty dessert that’s almost too good to be true! A homemade fudge brownie recipe baked straight into a pie crust gives you two desserts in one. A layer of toasted pecans is mixed in to add a bit of crunch, while the brownies stays soft and moist. Top a slice with ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup, and you’ve got the best brownie dessert ever!

INGREDIENTS
For Pie Crust:
100g salted butter
70g icing sugar
1 egg
30g ground almound
206g flour
For Chocolate Brownie Filling:
220g black chocolate
60g salted butter
3 eggs
130g icing sugar
80g flour
INSTRUCTIONS
For Pie Crust:
In a medium bowl combine salted butter and icing sugar.
Add 1 egg.
add ground almonds and flour , When the dough begins to clump together .
Form the dough and cover. Chill for at least 1 hours.
Place the dough on a clean and floured surface and begin to roll it out.
Pick the dough up by rolling it around your rolling pin and then unrolling it over the pie dish. Adjust the dough so that it lays flat against the pie dish.
Bake the pie for 20minutes at 160°C.
For Chocolate Brownie Filling:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl , stirring often, until the chocolate is almost melted.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, ,icing sugar ,until creamy and smooth.
Add the chocolate mixture and whisk until incorporated.
add the flour. Beat until fully combined .
Pour the chocolate brownie filing into the pie dough.
Bake the pie again for 10 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
