How To make Bubble Up Pizza
3 oz buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic
pressed
Optional Toppings: onions mushrooms, olives
Prehart oven to 375oF. Quarter biscuits. Stir in 1 cup sauce and 2 cups cheese. Press garlic clove. Add optional ingredients. Pour in remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until sides are golden brown. **Note: this recipe fills 9x13. For use in Deep Dish,1/2 recipe.

3 (7 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sliced black olives
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, well drained
2 cups favorite pasta sauce
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste)
sliced pepperoni (any amount desired)
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1 Set oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
3 In a bowl combine the pasta sauce with the green pepper, onion, olives and mushrooms.
4 Cut EACH biscuit into four even pieces with kitchen shears.
5 Arrange HALF of the biscuit pieces in the greased baking dish (it might not cover all of the dish).
6 Spread HALF of the sauce on top of the biscuits.
7 Top with the full amount of pepperoni.
8 Then sprinkle HALF of the mozza cheese on top of the pepperoni.
9 Repeat the layers (remaining biscuits, then sauce, the remaining mozza cheese on top).
10 Sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozza cheese.
11 Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the sides are golden brown.

Meatball Bubble Bake Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1 bag frozen meatballs
1 1/2 cup to 2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Cut the uncooked biscuits into 8ths.
Add the biscuits to the sauce, start with 1 1/2 cups, add more if you think it needs a little extra.
Place into greased 9x13 dish.
Place the meatballs on top of the biscuits.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 375 lightly covered with foil for about 40 minutes. Then 10 minutes uncovered or until biscuits are cooked through.
Supreme Pizza (Or Italian) Bubble Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound ground Italian Sausage, cooked and drained
1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1 8 oz bag mozzarella cheese
1 jar pizza sauce
Directions:
Spray a 9X13 casserole dish. Cut biscuits into 4ths and layer in casserole dish. Pour the pizza sause over the biscuits. Put almost all of the mozzarella chesse over the sauce covered biscuits, saving about 1 cup for the top. Add the cooked Italian sausage, then the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 375° for 25-30 minutes.
