How To make Bulgarian Meatball Soup
1 lb Ground beef
6 tb Rice
1 t Paprika
1 t Dried savory
Salt, pepper Flour 6 c Water
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1/2 Bunch green onions
sliced
1 Green bell pepper :
chopped
2 Carrots peeled,sliced thin
3 Tomatoes :
peeled & chopped
1 Sm. yellow chiles, split *
1/2 Bunch parsley -- minced
1 Egg
1 Lemon (Juice only)
*Note: Remove most of the seeds from the chiles. Combine beef, rice, paprika and savory. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Form into 1-inch balls, then roll in flour. Combine water, bouillon cubes, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, green onions, green pepper, carrots and tomatoes in large kettle. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add meatballs, cover and bring to boil again. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add chiles and simmer, covered, 40 minutes or until rice is cooked. Add parsley during
last 5 minutes of cooking time. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed. Just before serving, beat egg with lemon juice. Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons hot soup into egg mixture, then stir egg mixture into soup. Heat and stir until soup is thickened slightly, but do not allow to boil.

Ingredients:
*8 cups water
*1 onion
*2 carrots
*3 potatoes
*1 parsnip
*2 tsp salt
*1 cup/5 oz/100 g ground beef and/or ground pork (if you like meat opt in for 3 cups/15oz/300g ground meat)
*flour
*6oz. egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to boil, add the cut vegetables and the salt
2. Make the meatballs and roll into flour
3. Add the meatballs to the boiling water with the veggies
4. Add 6 oz egg noodles when the meatballs are all cooked
5. Boil for 5 more minutes and turn off the stove.
6. To make the soup more flavorful add parsley and 1 tbsp butter and leave the lid closed for 10 min.

Продукти:

*100гр. кайма смес (ако искате повече топчета сложете 300гр. кайма)
*брашно
*фиде
Приготвяне:
1. Сложете водата в тенджера на печката да заври, добавете нарязаните зеленчуци и солта
2. Оформете топчета от каймата и гои оваляйте в брашно
3. Добавете топчетата към врящата вода със зеленчуците
4. Добавете една шепа фиде когато топчетата са готови
5. Варете още 5 минути и изключете котлона.
6. За да направите супата по ароматна добавете магданоз и 15 грама масло съвсем накрая и оставете капака затворен за 10 минути.
