Ingredients For Turkish Rice Pilaf With Orzo:
2 cups Baldo, Osmancık, Calrose, or similar long-grain rice that doesn't contain too much starch
1 tsp salt, 2 cups hot water to soak
4 tbsp orzo pasta
1 heaped tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
3+1/4 cups hot water (or you can use some chicken stock)

Street Food in Turkey - Today I will take you on an Insane street food tour in Istanbul where we gonna eat a whole lamb BBQ and some of the best Turkish street food in Turkey.
To start our Insane street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Polesan Catering where they cook food for 6,000 people per day.
After that, we went to a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for a very long time to try its delicious food.
Moving on with our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to the famous Selim Usta restaurant to watch him make his insane Çiğ köfte.
The following day, we went to the oldest Buryan kebab restaurant in Turkey to eat a 130-year-old Buryan kebab which is one of my favourite Turkish foods.
To end our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Lamb Heaven, a place where they cook a whole lamb BBQ.

Let's make aşure together tomorrow (Ashurah / Noahs Pudding) It is vegan, a very healthy, delicious and versatile recipe made with grains, beans, and dried fruits. Perfect for these times. Make sure your notifications on for every post and video so you don't miss it.
Here is the recipe we are going to make: You can watch and prep. according to the video.
If you want to make it with me
1- Soak the beans from overnight and boil the whole-grain wheat with the rice for 3 minutes with and turn of the heat. Keep the lid on.
2- The next morning, cook the beans separately until soft. Cut the dried fruits in cubes and soak in drinking water
3- Begin to cook the whole grain wheat and rice mixture 45 minutes to 1 hour before the live broadcast. You can add more water if needed to have a consistency like soup.

Here are the ingredients
1 cup whole grain wheat (Aşurelik Buğday)
3 tbsp rice
1/2 cup each uncooked white beans and chickpeas (If you use canned use more than 1 cup and add it in the last 10 minutes of cooking)
1 cup each dried apricots, figs (cut in cubes) and raisins
About 2-3 cups sugar (as much as you desire)
About 6 liters hot water (Will be used as much as needed for the consistency)
Flavoring options:
3-4 cloves boiled in half cup water
1 cinnamon stick
orange rinds
rose water
You can also add: apples, quince (peeled and cut in cubes), cooked Chesnut pieces, whole peeled almonds, and hazelnuts
To decorate:
Hazelnuts, walnuts, pinenuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, ground cinnamon, sliced dried figs and apricots, pomegranates, pistachio nuts..

VOUS VOULEZ UN VRAI DÉLICE TURC VOICI ( Le Tas Kebab ) Recette Ragoût De Bœuf Fondant

Le Tas Kebab et un plat traditionnel Turc super bon avec une viande tendre, fondant, c'est un vrai délice. Pour avoir un plat réussi, il faudra une viande de qualité, surtout pour ce genre de recette à base de viande!!!
Faire revenir la viande et la plus grande importance dans cette recette, donc respecter bien la façon don moi je lès faits.
Voici comment faire:
Doré la viande dans une casserole fortement chauffer 5 minute, sans mélanger juste au début.
puis mélanger, et laisser mijoter jusqu'à qu'il ne reste plus de bouillon toujours à feu fort. Une fois qu'il ne reste plus de bouillon, il faut absolument mettre à FEU DOUX PENDANT TOUS LE RESTE DE LA CUISSON.
Incorporez l’oignon, et le piment vert, cuisez à nouveau quelques minutes. Ajoutez les épices, et le concentré de tomate, mélangez.
Ajouter 1 verre d'eau et
mélangez 5 minutes, Incorporez, le reste d'eau, et laisser cuire 1h30 A FEU DOUX. Et voilà!

-2 c.à.s concentré de tomate
-demi cuillère à café cumin
-1 c.à.c piment doux en flocons

-piment doux rouge sèche
-au total eau utiliser 1.2 litre.

-500gr dana antrikot (sinirsiz)
-sıvı yağ
-1 tatlı yeşil biber
-20 küçük soğan
-2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
- yarım çay kaşığı kimyon
-1 çay kaşığı tatlı pul biber
-1 diş sarımsak
-1 yemek kaşığı un
-nane
-tuz
-biber
- kuru kırmızı tatlı biber
-toplam su 1,2 litre kulladım.
????Recipe:

-oil
-1 sweet green chili
-20 baby onion
-2 tbsp tomato paste
- half teaspoon cumin
-1 tsp sweet pepper flakes
-1 clove of garlic
-1 tbsp flour
-mint
-salt
-pepper
- dry red sweet chili
-in total water use 1.2 liters.

Turkish Style Beef Stir fry SAC TAVA / Sac Tawa & Ancient Bulgur Pilav
Saç Tava or Tawa is one of the traditional specialty dishes of Turkish cuisine. It is known as a pre-wedding dish in some regions, and you can find it in most Turkish restaurants. Written recipe:
It is cubed meat, beef stir fry in special tawa pans, with onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and some spices. Usually, it is served with rice pilav, but I will show you a healthier version with bulgur wheat pilav.
About Siyez and Bulgur Wheat:
Siyez bulgur or translated as Einkorn Wheat. It is one of the oldest cultivated grains discovered in early civilizations in Anatolia. It is more nutritious, as it has a different gluten structure than actual wheat grain. It is the pure original form of wheat and has never been hybridized or genetically modified.
Ingredients For Saç Tava Turkish style beef stir fry
500gr. beef in small cubes
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium-size onion
about 4 sweet thin green peppers or similar kinds you can find on the market
3 medium-size ripened tomatoes (grated or peeled and finely diced) or you can use canned tomato puré, about 1/2 cup
about tsp salt, pul biber (red pepper flakes), oregano
ground cumin optional
about 1/4 cup or more hot water or meat stock
For the Siyez & bulgur Wheat Pilaf
2 cups bulgur wheat (I used 1 cup of it ancient Siyez (Eincorn) wheat
5 tbsp olive oil
1 heaped tbsp butter
1 onion
3+1/2 cup or more hot water
about 1+1/2 tsp or more salt
