How To make Busy Day Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1 beaten egg
3 tablespoons onion
minced
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar :
packed
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
CRUMBLE BEEF INTO LARGE BOWL. ADD SALT. SPRINKLE WITH CRUMBS AND MILK. LET S TAND A FEW MINUTES UNTIL CRUMBS ARE SOFT. BLEND TOGETHER, MIX IN EGG AND ONIO N, SAGE, THYME, NUTMEG, AND PEPPER MIX WELL. SHAPE INTO 4 LOAVES. PLACE ON FO IL LINED BAKING SHEET ABOUT 3 INCHES APART. MIX brOWN SUGAR, KETCHUP, GINGER, GARLIC SALT, SOY SAUCE AND MUSTARD. SPREAD MIXTURE OVER TOP OF LOAVES. BAKE 35 0 FOR 35 MINUTES.

INGREDIENTS
1-2 lbs meat of choice .. you can use ground chicken. beef. or turkey
* used 3 lbs which can serve 6-7 people .. keep in mind meatloaf is great for leftovers such as sandwiches etc.. this also freeze well, just wrap in seran wrap and freeze*
3 slices bread
1 cup milk
eggs * 1 egg per lb of meat used *
desire amount chopped bell pepper and onion ( I used about 1/2 each*)
3 tbs wortchesire sauce
3 tbs onion and garlic powder
1 tbs salt
2 tbs beef bouillon ( or 2 packs onion soup mix )
1/2 cup bbq sauce ( or desire amount )
To make the glaze *This is to taste so please adjust to your liking *
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bbq sauce
3 tbs wortceshire sauce

Ingredients
2.5 lb Ground Beef
1.25 C Oats
1.25 C Chopped Leeks
2.5 Eggs
1/8 C Salt
2 Tbl Pepper
1/4 C Parsley
1/4 C Ketchup
1/8 C Mustard
1/8 C Soysauce
1/8 C Worcestershire
GARNISH
Instructions
(Serves 4-6)
Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Form into loaf or place mixture into a loaf pan. Smoke at 250F for 2 hours or Bake covered for 1.5 hours at 325F Until internal temperature reaches 145F.
