How To make Carol's Coconut Cream Cheese Cake
1 c Flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1/2 cup
-chopped nuts In a medium -bowl, mix This treasured recipe from my sister-in-law makes a lovely cool summer dessert that "melts in your mouth." 1/2 cup butter or margarine, NOT melted together above ingredients and pat into a well- greased 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip thawed and divided in half 1 cup powdered sugar In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, half the Cool Whip and powdered sugar. 2 pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding 3 cups milk In a large mixing bowl, mix together as directed on package. Then spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Remaining Cool Whip (half the original amount) 1/2 cup shredded coconut Spread remaining Cool Whip evenly over pudding layer. Then sprinkle with coconut. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 2 dozen 2" by 2" squares.

300g Digestive biscuits

2 tbsp Lemon
1/2 Cup ground pistachio ( to mix with cake batter )
1tsp gelatin
1/8 Cup hot water ( to mix with gelatin)
1/4 Cup Ground pistachio sprinkled (centre of cake)
1/3 cup chopped unshelled pistachio (circumference of cake)
2 Mint leaves for centre piece

糖霜 icing sugar 25g / 1/4cup

乳酪蛋糕 Cream Cheese Cake
奶油乳酪 cream cheese 40g / 1/3cup
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 60g / 1/4cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 80g / 1/3cup
全蛋 whole egg 2(55g+- per egg)
低筋面粉 cake flour 100g / 3/4cup
泡打粉 baking powder 1.5g / 1/2tsp
