1 ea Chicken
3/4 c Bell pepper, chopped
2 qt Chicken broth
1 pk Spaghetti
3/4 c Celery, chopped
2 ea Cubes chicken bouillon
1 lb Velveeta cheese w/peppers
Boil chicken in water. Remove and debone. Add chicken cubes to broth: should be 2 qts. water. Cook spaghetti in broth until most of liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingreds.

Ingredients:
●250g Pasta Fettuccine
●500g chicken breasts
●salt and black pepper (to taste)
●oregano
●1 onion
●200g mushrooms
●Béchamel
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
400ml milk
●Sprinkle of mozzarella cheese = Sprinkle with mozzarella
●Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes

CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA:
-1LB chicken breast
-12oz pasta (I used chickpea noodles to make it healthier)
-1/3C sun dried tomatoes
-1/3C whipped cream cheese (I used low fat)
-3T tomato pasta
-1/3C pasta water
-large handful of spinach and arugula ( you can just use one)
-1 shallot minced
-1/2C parmesan cheese (I used low fat)
- paprika, onion powder, garlic salt, chili powder, cumin, and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Cut chicken in small cubes
- Add 1T of olive oil to a pan and cook minced shallot on medium heat until transparent
-Add cubed chicken and season with seasoning and cook until no more pink
-Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add pasta water, tomato paste, and cream cheese. Break up and cook until smooth.
-Add cooked chicken back in pan with sauce, drained pasta, arugula and spinach and give it a good mix. Cook until greens are wilted.
-Top with parmesan cheese and cook until melted.
- Allow food to cool and divide in meal prep containers! This recipe makes 4-5 servings.

Chorizo and spinach spaghetti
This simple dish can be whipped up in the same time it takes to boil the pasta, its packed full of flavour and on your plate in 15-20 mins.
This is my chorizo and spinach spaghetti with olives and spinach sauce, leave out the chorizo if you're a vegetarian and replace with a teaspoon of smoked paprika. It will work just as well.

in Pflanzenöl anbraten
2 Hähnchenbrust

300 g Champignons
3-5 Minuten braten
200 ml Fettcreme
Salz, Pfeffer
1 weitere Minute braten
ein paar Esslöffel Parmesan
umrühren und vom Herd nehmen
~250 g Spaghetti, in Salzwasser gekocht
4 Eier
eine Prise Salz
Die Hälfte der Spaghetti in eine Auflaufform geben
dann legen Sie die ganze Füllung
Den Rest der Spaghetti auslegen
etwas Mozzarella
backen bei 180°C ~ 20-30 Minuten
Mmm... es ist so lecker!
