How To make Chicken Dressing Casserole
2 Boxes Cornbread Stove Top
Stuffing 1 cn French style green beans
(drained) 1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 c Milk, mix soups and milk
1 cn Mushrooms
2 c Cut up cooked chicken
Prepare the stuffing as directed on the box. Put 1/2 of the stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layers as follows: green beans, chicken, soups, mushrooms. Top with dressing remaining. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with salad. Can be made ahead. -----

Cornbread Dressing Casserole
Ingredients:
3 or 4 Pcs. of Chicken (cooked & deboned)
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Cornbread (recipe in this description box)
16 oz. or more of Chicken Broth
2 Celery Stalks finely diced
1 small Onion finely diced
6 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Salt or Seasoning Salt
2 Teaspoons or more Poultry Seasoning
2 Teaspoons or more Sage
2 Boiled Eggs chopped (optional)
**Make sure to season your chicken anyway you like but please don’t
add a lot of salt. Use the same amount of seasoning for your chicken and when you make your cornbread dressing. Make sure to taste dressing and use more of seasoning if needed.
A Simple Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Regular Yellow Cornmeal
1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups of whole or 2% Milk
1/2 teaspoon of Salt (do not use if you are making this cornbread dressing)

2 stalks celery
2 bay leave
1/2 tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp better than bouillon
chicken bouillon cube( i used chicken and herbs bouillon)
2 carrots
water
1/2 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Cornbread
3 buttermilk cornbread packages
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Dressing
2 eggs, breaten
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of onion
1/2 onion
3 tbsp butter
2 stalks celery

chicken'
broth, i used 3 1/2 cups
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Note: You really can use any condensed soup you like that fits the flavor profile. cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom, cream of golden mushroom, etc.

Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (we used the chicken flavored one for this recipe)
1 1/4 cup hot water
2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen chopped carrots (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan and add stuffing. Mix well and remove from heat and allow to sit for several minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Stir together until smooth. Fold in the cooked chicken, corn, and peas. Mix well.
3. Grease a 13X9 or 2-quart casserole dish. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the casserole dish. Spread evenly.
4. Top the casserole with the stuffing mix. Spread evenly.
5. Bake uncovered in a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
6. Serve immediately!! Enjoy!

Chicken & Dumplings Casserole
4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cans (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
2 cans (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 375°.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13” baking dish.
Place cut up chicken on top of butter.
Whisk together the flour and milk. Pour over chicken; do not stir!
Whisk together the broth and chicken soup. Pour over the milk mixture; do not stir!
Bake for 35 minutes.
