RECIPE | Avilas El Ranchito FAMOUS Chicken Soup

Here's What You Do:
1. In a blender, combine tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Blend until slightly smooth.
2. In a soup pan, add your chicken, tomato flavor base, paprika, chicken bouillon, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper. Fill the pan up with water until it's about 2 inches from the top of the pan.
3. Place on the stove, stir it until it's combined, and cook on medium-high heat for about 35-40 minutes.
4.After 40 minutes, your chicken will be all the way cooked. Take it out and shred it using a knife. Once you have shredded the chicken place it back into the pot.
5. Add water to the pan so the liquid refills back up to about 1 inch from the top of the pan. Ladle out 3-4 spoonfuls of the liquid in a bowl and set aside. Add in your rice and cook for 10-12 minutes.
6. In a blender, combine the liquid you removed from the pot and 1.5 bunches of cilantro. Blend until the cilantro is roughly chopped.
7. Prepare your garnishes.
8. Add the cilantro mixture back to the pot and give it a quick stir.
9. Serve your soup in a bowl, add all of your garnishes including avocado, cilantro, and cheese.
10. ENJOY!

This is the best guacamole recipe as it’s is simple to make and uses fresh, high quality ingredients. Authentic Mexican guacamole doesn’t contain fillers and unnecessary ingredients. All you need is avocados, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic and salt.
After I show you how to make guacamole, I’ll share a little kitchen hack on how to store both avocados and guacamole to prevent them from going brown. It’s so easy you’ll wonder why you haven’t done it sooner!

Best Ever Guacamole Recipe
Homemade guacamole is one of my favorite things to eat! Creamy, packed with flavor from garlic and onion, spicy jalapeños, fresh tomato, and zesty lime juice. This guacamole is insanely delicious and super-easy to make (under 5 minutes), serve it with tortilla chips for an easy party dip or load it on top of nachos or tacos to take your dinners to the next level!
RECIPE:
This guacamole recipe will keep just fine in the fridge overnight it you cover the surface with plastic wrap so it doesn't oxidize. The acid from the lime juice keeps it nice and green. Let me know what you like to enjoy it with!

Chicken Avocado Soup - ft. Instant Noodle
You can use any type of vegetables you like in the soup and add as much or little vegetables to your liking.
Ingredients:
1 pack instant noodle
3 cups chicken stock
2 green onions
1 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 small avocado
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small piece carrot
1 leaf napa cabbage
1 cooked shredded chicken breast
