✅Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 small sweet onion, diced
• 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 10 ounces chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 large eggs
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in onion and mushroom and saute until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Stir in spinach, feta, and cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into the prepared pie plate.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the spinach mixture in the prepared pie plate.
4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Savory Pie/Savory Tart/Quiche
Pie Crust/shell:
1½ cups (187g) all-purpose flour
8 tbsp (113g) cold butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg from the fridge (cold)
Bake with parchment paper + dried beans: 15 minutes
Remove and continue baking for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Baking temp pie shell: 200°C. An oven may vary.
Egg mixture:
2 large eggs, salt & pepper to taste.
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
Whisk well
Vegetable filling:
1 large onion or 2 small
Ham or any kind of meat you like.
1 small zucchini (courgette)
1 tbsp butter, salt & pepper, to taste.
Grated cheese as much as you want (Cheddar, etc)
Baking time savory pie: 30 minutes at 200°C
An oven may vary
Pan size 22 cm in diameter. Removable bottom pie pan.

1½ cangkir tepung serbaguna
8 sdm mentega dingin

Panggang dengan kertas roti + kacang kering: 15 menit
Angkat dan lanjutkan memanggang selama 10 menit. Biarkan dingin.

Kocok dengan baik

1 sdm mentega, garam & merica, secukupnya.
Keju parut secukupnya (Cheddar, dll)

This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

MaryAnn in the Kitchen quick and easy zucchini quiche. recipe is 5 eggs, 1/2 cup oil,4 cups shredded zucchini, 2 cups shredded cheddar 1 cup Bisquick, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt. Preheat to 350 degrees, beat eggs, add oil, mix. add remaining ingredients,mix well. bake in a ten inch or 9x9 in greased pan. bake 45minutes or until golden brown.
