How To make Chicken with Peaches
2 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 pounds boned and skinned chicken breasts -- cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 clove garlic
minced fine
1 8oz can sliced peaches :
liquid included
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
12 ounces snow peas
Hot cooked rice
1. Heat a wok or wok frying pan over medium-high to high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken, salt, and five-spice powder, and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn often, browning on all sides. Remove from wok and keep warm. 2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to wok and heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until just brown. Add the peaches and sugar, stirring until the sugar is melted and peaches are warm, then add the lemon juice and broth. Bring to a boil. 3. Mix the cornstarch with the water, blend throroughly, then add to the wok and stir in immediately. Add the snowpeas, cover, and steam for 30 seconds. Return the chicken to the wok and stir in. Cover and steam until chicken is reheated, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

Chicken Breasts with Peaches
This recipe is inspired by Jennifer Bowles
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts, skinless – 4 pcs.
Tarragon – 2 to 3 sprigs
Tarragon vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Peach Slices, in light syrup – 1 can (398ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Heat pan over medium.
3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Sear the chicken for at least 4 minutes per side.
5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of the juices from the peaches as well as the 1 tbsp. Of Tarragon vinegar, Stir.
7. Turn off the heat and put back the seared chicken breasts.
8. Add the Tarragon leaves and the peaches.
9. Put it in the pre-heated oven and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
10. Serve it with steamed whit rice or crunchy potatoes.

1/4 tsp black pepper
1tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic infused coconut oil

How To Make Peach Balsamic Chicken | Delish

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
2. Add garlic and shallot to skillet and sauté 2 minutes. Add peaches and cook until softened, 5 minutes more. Pour in balsamic vinegar and simmer until slightly reduced, 2 minutes. Stir in basil.
3. Serve chicken with balsamic peaches.
