Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour (128g)
1/4 cup of cocoa powder(unsweetened) (25g)
1/3 cup of granulated sugar (67g)
1 tsp of baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp of baking soda (3g)
1/2 tsp of salt (6g)
3 Tbs of melted butter (42g)
1 tsp of vanilla extract (5ml)
1 cup of milk (240ml)
1 large egg
Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup of powdered sugar (confectioners)(125g)
3 Tbs of cocoa powder (22g)
4 to 5 Tbs of milk (44 to 49ml)

Hello and welcome back to In the Kitchen with Matt, I am your host Matt Taylor. Today I will show you how to make chocolate donuts; these are going to be chocolate cake doughnuts. I had a request to make chocolate donuts, so here we go, let’s make chocolate donuts. They are really easy to do, let’s get started. All right first let’s preheat our oven to 350 degrees. Now let’s go ahead and mix our dry ingredients. I have one cup of all purpose flour in here, one fourth cup of cocoa powder, one third cup of granulated sugar, 1 tsp. of baking powder, 1 half tsp. of baking soda, and 1 half tsp. of salt. And then with a whisk let’s go ahead and mix this together, and if you like if you prefer, you can use a sifter. Now for the wet ingredients, 3 Tbsp. of butter, which I have melted, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, 1 cup of milk, I am using whole milk but you can use whatever milk you want, and one large egg. Okay and we will go ahead and give this a good whisk. Okay now what we are going to do is we are going to add our flour mixture. Just a little bit at a time, probably about a 3rd of it at a time. You can use a hand mixer for this if you like. Rest of our flour mixture. Okay and then we mix it together until it forms a nice cake batter like this. All right now what we do is I take my donut pan, if you don’t have a doughnut pan, I put a link down below in the description where you can pick one up, and I lightly sprayed it with kitchen spray. And then we go in here and get some batter, and just go ahead and just fill this up about three quarters of the way full, get a little bit more in there, all right, once you have them all filled up, what we do is we bake them in the oven at 350 degrees, for 7 to 9 minutes, until when you poke it with a toothpick it comes out clean. Once they come out of the oven they will look like that. Ready to go, and then what you do is you let them cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before you start to handle them. Now what we are going to do is we are going to make our chocolate glaze. So I have one cup of powdered sugar, and I am going to add 3 Tbsp. of cocoa powder, then I have 5 Tbsp. of milk, but we are not going to add it all at once, because it depends on how thick we want our glaze, so I am going to start with that and see where it gets us. Ok this glaze this is a little bit too thick, go ahead and add a little bit more milk, and that is about how you want it, but I am going to add just a little bit more, not all of it, just a little more. All right that is about what I want it to be; it will resemble a thick chocolate milk. All right then what we will do is take one of our doughnuts, it will come right out, and then if is just going to go ahead and go face down in it, like that, and then I am going to go ahead and put it on here, and then what we can do is take some sprinkles....

BAKED CHOCOLATE DONUT RECIPE
(Makes 11 donuts)
Ingredients:
2 cups ground oats (200g)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil (50g)
1/2 cup honey, maple syrup or agave (170g)
2/3 cups yogurt (160g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
COCOA POWDER GLAZE:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp honey (maple syrup or agave)
PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE:
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per donut):
187 calories, fat 7.7g, carb 27g, protein 5.4g
Preparation:
In a large bowl, add the ground oats, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Mix until it's well combined.
In another bowl, add the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey (maple syrup or agave), yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely combined.
Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Don't over-mix the batter, your donuts won't be as fluffy as they should be.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or ziploc bag, cut off the corner, and pipe the batter into the previously greased donut pan. Don't overfill the molds, or you'll lose the classic donut shape.
Bake for 8–10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dip the donuts into the glaze and place them back on the wire rack to set.

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Warm milk ¾ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
-Sunridge Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Sunridge Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Sunridge Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Chocolate Frosting:
-White chocolate grated 150g
-Cream 2-3 tbs
-Milk chocolate grated 150g
-Cream 2-3 tbs
-Multi color sprinkles
-Caramel biscuits crumbled
-Desiccated coconut
Directions:
-In a small jug,add instant yeast,caster sugar,milk and mix well,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-On a bowl,place a sifter,add instant coffee & sift it.
-Add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt & sift together then mix well.
-Add caster sugar & mix well.
-Now add dissolved yeast mixture,melted butter,egg,vanilla essence & mix until well combined (approx. 5 minutes).
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil (1 tsp),cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle dry flour and take out a small dough (50g each),make a ball,sprinkle all-purpose flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Coat a small cutter with all-purpose flour and cut with a floured cutter from the center and similarly make other donuts.
-Cover with kitchen towel & let it proof for 15-20 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry donuts on low flame from both sides until done.
-Let them cool.
Chocolate Frosting:
-In a bowl,add white chocolate,cream & microwave for 30 seconds or until chocolate melts (mix in between) then whisk well until smooth.
-Now dip one side of prepared donuts in it.
-Place it on wire rack and drizzle melted white chocolate.
-In a bowl,add milk chocolate,cream & microwave for 30 seconds or until chocolate melts (mix in between) then whisk well until smooth.
-Now dip one side of prepared donuts in it.
-Place it on wire rack and drizzle melted milk chocolate.
-Decorate donuts with multi color sprinkles,biscuits crumbles and desiccated coconuts (makes 16 Donuts).
-Place onto a wire rack & serve!

-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur chota dough (50g each) la lein aur ball bana ker maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Chotay chutter ko maida mein coat karein aur center sa cut ker lein aur is he tarhan baqi donuts bhi tayyar ker lein.
-Kitchen towel sa dhak dein aur 15-20 minutes kliya proof ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa fry ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.

-Bowl mein milk chocolate aur cream dal ker 30 seconds ya chocolate melt hunay tak microwave ker lein (mix in between) phir smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Tayyar donuts ki ek side ko dip ker lein.
