185g white sugar
2 eggs
325g all purpose flour
30 mL (2 Tbsp) tapioca starch

Place the butter, coffee beans, and vanilla bean into a vacuum seal bag; seal and cook in the 180ºF water bath for 1 hour.

Allow the infused butter to cool to around room temp.
Mix together the flour, tapioca starch, baking soda, carboxymethylcellulose, and salt.
Cream together infused butter, brown sugar, and white sugar, until light and fluffy.
Cream in the eggs one at a time.
Mix in flour mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet and bake 15-18 minutes - or until cooked.

Choc Chip Oreo Ice Blended Mocha
#icedmocha #staresso
Yay so excited to show off this amazing portable coffee maker from Staresso. I've had this portable coffee maker for awhile now and finally decided to make a coffee video with it.
Combining my love for coffee and Oreo, here's a simple iced blended mocha recipe that I hope you can enjoy. Sweet and Oreo and chocolaty, best for a hot snacky afternoon.
This was also inspired by Starbucks Double Choc Chip Frappe and Java Chip Frappe, but instead of making a copycat video, I thought it would be better to make it a little bit more interesting using some Oreos!
I hope you enjoy this video, please share, like and subscribe and drop a comment!
