1 1/4 c Light brown sugar, packed
3/4 c Shortening; butter flavored
2 tb Brewed coffee; cold
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 Egg
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1 tb French roast coffee beans
=finely ground =or espresso coffee beans 1 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Milk chocolate chips
1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
36 Chocolate kisses; unwrapped
Recipe by: Crisco Cookies for a Year of Celebrations Preheat oven to 375 degrees; place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies. Place the brown sugar, shortening, coffee and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add the egg; beat well. Combine the flour, ground coffee, salt and baking soda. Add to the shortening mixture; beat on low speed just until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop the dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake one baking sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned and just set. Do no overbake. Place 1 candy in the center of each cookie. These are some wonderfully coffee chocolate chip cookies. The recipe is very easy and gives you a darker than chocolate chip cookie but not a mocha taste. These taste like coffee with chocolate chips not mocha. I know that seems a little hard to explain but try it they are very good.

Stuffed Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe: Salted Caramel, Mocha Cappuccino, or Nutella
Hey Everyone - I'm trying something new - Each week I get plenty of free food items that I wouldn't typically buy on my own so I decided to try something new! I'm going to use those items in new recipes and film the process and final results. Its my first attempt at recording this type of thing- but I do enjoy cooking and I plan to film more over the coming weeks. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for future recipes. I'll try to incorporate some of the free items from previous weeks.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
1 Jar of Jif salted caramel hazelnut spread Or Jif mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread, or Nutella
Oven Temp 350 Degrees - Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Recipe makes 24 to 30 cookies.
***Helpful Hints***
-Freezing drops of the Jif or Nutella spread makes it much easier to stuff into the cookies. They melt quickly so only take a few out of the freezer at a time.
-Mixer helpful but not needed.

Hasil biskut sangat light, berongga dan rangup bila dimakan.
Dalam video ni ada banyak info mengenai bahan-bahan dan juga tips yang Che Nom kongsikan. Kalau anda kategori beginner, tonton lah sampai habis kalau jangan skip.
Che Nom sangat rekomen resepi ni pada sesiapa yang nak buat berniaga.
TIPS PENTING:
1. Butter perlu dalam keadaan lembut tapi masih sejuk. Jangan sesekali cairkan butter.
2. Sejukkan/rehat adunan sangat penting untuk hasil biskut yang lebih sedap.
3. Sejukkan doh dulu minimum 1 jam/semalaman dan baru bentuk kecil2.
4. Kalau taknak bentukkan guna sudu, boleh gentel dengan jari. Pastikan doh masih agak keras dan SEJUK.
5. Untuk dapat bentuk cantik macam Famous Amos, tak perlu bulatkan dengan sempurna sebelum bakar
6. PENTING untuk bakar doh biskut dalam suhu yang sejuk dan masih keras.
7. Kalau doh yg dah bentuk tu lembik, masukkan dalam peti sejuk 10 min atau sampi keras sikit, kemudian terus keluarkan dan bakar.
8. Boleh susun rapat-rapat masa dalam peti sejuk, tapi bila nak bakar sila susun dengan penjarakkan sosial.
9. Biskut dah masak kalau keperangan. Masa panas memang lembik. Kalau betul2 sejuk baru lah jadi rangup.
10. Suhu & masa bergantung pada oven masing-masing

1 sk soda bikarbonat
350g coklat chip
