How to make JELLY fish & rocks | Fishing cake | Jelly Cake | How to make agar-agar
This video contains detailed step-by-step instructions on how to make fish and rocks with jelly. They will be used to decorate a jelly cake where the water part of the cake will be made with jelly! The final part of making the jelly cake will be in a different video. I’m using agar-agar powder to make the jelly because they are tasteless, easy to handle, and vegan!
The ratio of agar-agar powder and liquid is 1 tsp : 1-1/3 cup (about 320 ml)

MAKING YOUR OWN CHUM BLOCK FOR SNAPPER FISHING - A CHEAP BUT SUCCESSFUL RECIPE
Have you ever looked at the bill when you are buying bait and chum in preparation for a big snapper fishing trip? That happens to me every time I go. A few years ago, I decided that I would do everything in my power to refrain from purchasing chum blocks for 9$, 10$, 12$ etc... and that I would start making my own. It took a little trial and error but eventually, we developed a simple recipe that works wonders and is very inexpensive. All we need is some eggs, flour, oats, vegetable oil, some bait fish and a little bit of elbow grease!
In this video, we will show you from start to finish exactly how we make our chum and then go slay the yellowtail snapper with it down in the Florida Keys. With one throw of our cast net, and 10$ worth of ingredients from the grocery store, we made 5 XL chum blocks. Our recipe holds for a long time as well lasting for a couple of hours before completely melting.
Let us know if you have any recipes for chum that you have found successful and we would be happy to try it out and let you know how it works.
