Cranberry Orange Muffins – BEST Recipe Ever!
These moist cranberry orange muffins are my guilty pleasure which is why I stockpile cranberries in my freezer every winter! They make for a great breakfast or snack and are loaded with juicy cranberries. Hope you love them as much as I do!

????INGREDIENTS:
Dry:
◾️2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️¼ tsp salt
Wet:
◾️½ cup unsalted butter, room temp
◾️1 ¼ cup sugar
◾️2 eggs, room temp
◾️1 whole orange juiced and zested
◾️½ cup whole milk, room temp (2% works as well)
Add 2 cups roughly chopped cranberries and bake in oven on 350 for 25-30 min

Deliciously Tangy and Irresistible Easy Cranberry Muffin Recipe :
Yields : 9 to 10 muffins
(Measuring cup size - 250 ml)
All-purpose flour (Maida ) - 1 cup (approx 125 grams)
Dried Cranberries - 1/2 Cup
Walnuts - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 2 Whole
Sugar (granulated) - 1/2 cup
Milk - 100 ml
Butter - 4 tbsp (approx 60 grams)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt if using unsalted butter
Muffin Cups or liners - 9 to 10

Cranberry Sweetbread Muffins
Sweetbread is a favorite at this time of year and these Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetbread Muffins are a great twist on a classic.
This recipe is a great activity to plan with the kids and the perfect treat to give as a gift and spread some joy with family and friends.

Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetbread Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups of All Purpose Flour
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
¼ tsp freshly grated tonka bean
1 ½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup oil
1 egg
½ tsp coconut essence
¾ cup freshly grated coconut
1 ¼ cup Ocean Spray Craisins
¼ cup brown Sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Prepare a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.,
In a small bowl, toss Craisins lightly in flour.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
Whisk together the milk, oil, egg and essence in a small bowl.
Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients to the dry.
Mix just until fully combined.
Add craisins and coconut.
Scoop the batter into each tin, filling ¾ way.
Sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!

Cranberry muffins
Ingredients
Plain flour- 1 and 1/3 cups (163g)
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100g)
Eggs -2
Melted unsalted butter- 1/2 cup (113g)
Buttermilk - 1/2 cup (120ml)
Dried cranberries— 1/3 cup (44g)
Vanilla- 1 teaspoon
Bake in preheated oven at 220•c for 5 min
And then reduce the temperature to 180•c and bake for 10 to 12 min
