Quick & Easy Taco Pie Recipe

Bake this tasty dish the next time you feel like having a fiesta!
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 (1-oz.) pkg. Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sliced stuffed green olives or pitted ripe olives
1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed corn chips
1 (8-oz.) container (1 cup) sour cream
6 slices American cheese or 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) container (1 cup) sour cream
6 slices American cheese or 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, if desired
Avocado slices, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pie pan, pressing to form crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of the corn chips over bottom of crust.
Spoon beef mixture into corn chips in crust. Spread sour cream over beef mixture. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 to 1 cup corn chips.
Bake at 375°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut in wedges. Serve immediately with lettuce and avocado. Store in refrigerator.

Crescent roll taco bake is an easy Tex-Mex casserole that is done in less than 30 minutes!
Seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese... omigosh y'all - your family is going to love it!

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup bell peppers, diced
2 ounces taco seasoning
20 ounces Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 pound mozzarella, shredded from a block
16 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls, (2 8-ounce cans)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Spray a 13x9-inch casserole pan with cooking spray. Set Aside.
In a heavy skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
Add taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes.
Stir and simmer until heated through, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Open on can of crescent rolls and unroll the dough without separating the rolls.
Press in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Use a slotted spoon and top with ground beef mixture.
Add shredded cheese.
Unroll the remaining crescent roll dough and lay on top of the cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Top with favorite taco toppings and serve.

Frito Pie Taco Casserole with Crescent Roll Dough Crust
Hey everyone!
This Frito pie taco casserole is filled with ground beef, peppers, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beans, Frito corn chips and lots of cheese all on a crescent roll dough crust.
It's a fun version of the taco casserole and the Frito pie. Husbands and kids love this one.
