How To make Deep Dish Fresh Peach Pie
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 1/2 pounds Fresh Peaches

1 1/4 cups Sugar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
3 tablespoons Flour
4 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Heavy Cream :
Whipped
Pastry
* 6 cups sliced peaches. Prepare pastry for 8" single crust pie. Set aside. Sprinkle lemon juice over peach slices in large bowl. Mix 1 1/4 cup sugar with the salt, nutmeg, cinamon and flour. Add to peaches. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Roll out pastry to to cover dish with 1 1/2 inch overhang. Press pastry to edge of dish and flute edge. Cut 3 vents in top. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream.

Easy Peach Pie
This perfect old-fashioned peach pie has a rich-buttery pie crust and a simple peach filling. You can enjoy this easy peach pie all year round by using fresh or frozen peaches.

How to make a peach pie.
Ingredients:
5 c. peaches
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
sugar and cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. In a large bowl, add peaches, lemon juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon. Gently stir together.
3. In a 9 in. deep-dish pie pan place pie crust. Add peach mixture. Then cover with another pie crust. Cut a few slits into the top pie crust layer for steam to escape from.
4. Brush top pie crust with egg white. Sprinkle with a couple pinches of sugar and cinnamon.
5. Bake for 15 min. Reduce heat to 375 F and bake for another 30 - 45 min until peaches bubble and crust is a golden color.
