Christmas Candy Recipe #3: Keto Quick White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
Christmas Candy Recipe #3: Keto Quick White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
Ingredients:
Bag of Sugar Free White Chocolate (Lily’s & Choc Zero are great options)
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
Directions:
1. Melt White Chocolate with Peppermint very slowly over double boiler while stirring continuously. Pull away from boiler if it gets too hot. Melting too fast and too hot will cause it to clump.
2. Spread evenly onto parchment paper.
3. Allow to harden (use the freezer for much faster results)
