Ingredients:
warm water - 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
salt - 7 g (0.25 oz)
yeast - 8 g (0.29 oz)
LEAVE 10 minutes
flour - 120 g (4.23 oz)
sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO LEAVEN 20 minutes
flour - 450 g (15.9 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
TO LEAVEN 20 min, in the formwork
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
for the sauce:
Brie hard cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
cheese cream - 120 g (4.23 oz)
onion - 1 piece
green onion - 30 g (1 oz)
sweet paprika - 7 g (0.25 oz)
beer - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
dill seeds - 4 g (0.14 oz)

1 ½ tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups apples, peeled and diced (3 apples)
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
icing-
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powder sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

Ingredients:
Apple Mix:
20 g granulated sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
5 small apples, peeled and diced
Cake Mix:
400 g flour
50 g granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
300 ml milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Brown Sugar Mix:
150 g brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp sunflower oil or 120 g melted butter
Glaze:
200 g icing sugar
70 ml milk
9'' X 13'' (23-CM X 33-CM) PAN
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30-40 mins, but keep an eye on it.
Test with a toothpick for doneness!
NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of sugar to suit your taste. Feel free to use less sugar if you prefer a less sweet cake.Enjoy! ????????

This bread was the lightest, most delicious bread! We loved it.
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup, butter softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl
Beat white sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and then add vanilla extract
Combine flour and baking powder together into a bowl and then mix into sugar mixture, mix until combined
Add milk into batter and mix until batter is smooth
Grease loaf pan and lightly flour
Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan
Sprinkle half the apples and then half of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto batter in pan and pat lightly into batter.
Pour remaining batter on top
Sprinkle remaining apples and cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto top of batter and lightly pat apples down and then swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture around on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean

How to make Dutch Apple Loaf
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1/4 cup buttermilk (Substitute with 1/4 cup milk & 3/4 teaspoon Vinegar)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 Large Granny Smith Apple (Peeled & Diced)
TOPPING:
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Directions
• Preheat oven at 350F.
• Measure all ingredients.
• Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda and sift and set it aside.
• Peel 1 large apple. Dice them and soak them in water with a pinch of salt . (Prevent from discoloring apples)
• Dice 1/4 cup butter for the topping and keep it in the freezer.
• Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
• Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
• Beat in buttermilk and vanilla.
• Gradually add to creamed mixture.
• Fold in apples into the mixture.
• Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan.
• For topping, combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.
• Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
• Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
