Chicken in Beer
3 chicken breasts with the bone , cut in half 1/2 package dry onion soup 2 cups regular beer 1 cup sweet dark beer.
Put chicken in pan. Stir soup and beers and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. If it starts drying out just add a little chicken broth or water. Serve with plain rice. Miriam

Basic Beer Batter Recipe ~Noreen's Kitchen Basics
Greetings! I have had so many requests to show how to make onion rings and to do that I have to start with a batter. My go to is a beer batter, but you can sub out club soda or plain flat water for the beer with out compromising the recipe.
This is super simple and super delicious and once you try this you are never going back!
This batter is perfect for anything! Fish, chicken, mushrooms, zucchini, onion rings! You name it! If you use this for chicken fingers, it will be just like Long John Silvers chicken planks. Toss a little of the extra batter into the hot oil for the crispy cruchies that LJS serves under all their fish and chicken!

Chicken wings 500g
Salt
Black pepper
Soy Sauce 2tsp
Corn Starch 3tsp
Egg white 1
Oyester Sauce ½tbs
Honey 2tsp
Tomato Sauce 3tsp
Water 4tsp

Beer Chicken Wings ~ So Yum, So Aromatic (Easy Recipe)
Best chicken wings recipe to satisfy the beer and food cravings during quarantine. ????
With all the bars closed due to lock down restrictions, I'm glad I have my beer chicken wings. These aromatic nibbles are so easy to make and the sauce is very delicious!
You don't need an oven or air fryer. This is a simple one pan recipe that anyone can cook at home. The wings will be pan fried and braised inside the same pan.
Main Cooking Ingredients:
* Chicken Wing - 6 pieces
* Beer - 1 bottle (330ml)
* Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
* Dried Thyme - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper
Marinate Ingredients:
* Garlic - 4 cloves
* Scallion (Green Onion) - 1 stem
* Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
* Sugar - 1 tsp
* White Pepper - 1 tsp
Garnish (Optional)
* Sesame Seeds
* Scallion (Green Onion)
Directions:
1) Wash, dry and cut chicken wings into separate pieces
2) Marinate the wingettes, drumettes and tips for at least 1 hour.
3) Pan fry marinated pieces on medium high heat - both sides until skin turns golden brown
4) Add beer, soy sauce and dried thyme - simmer for 10 mins
5) Open lid, turn to high heat and reduce sauce
6) When sauce reduced, crack black pepper and sprinkle chopped scallion
7) Plate and sprinkle sesame seeds
8) Enjoy!
Note:
You can use any type of beer with this chicken wings recipe. Although I haven't tried pale ale or black beer like Guinness, I believe the aroma will be just as amazing, if not better.
