Ingredients for EGG CURRY are:
Recipe for 6 Boiled Eggs
Fresh Green Chilli chopped: 1 Table spoon
Cardamom and Cloves : 2-4 pieces each
Red chilli powder: 1 Table spoon
Curry powder: 1 Table spoon
Ginger and Garlic chopped: each 1 Table spoon
Salt as per your taste
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
1/2 table spoon garam masala
1/2 table spoon cumin seeds + 2 tej patta (bay leaves)
2 table spoon oil
2 tomatoes chopped
1 onion chopped

Ingredients
Boiled egg – 4
Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Finely chopped onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Curd – 100 ml
Coriander leaves
Kasuri methi – ½ teaspoon

EGG CURRY
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
1 black cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
1 bay leave
1 cloves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp kasuri methi , crushed
4 tomato, chopped
1 no egg yolk, boiled
Salt to taste
4 nos eggs, boiled
1 tsp oil
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
For omelet:-
4 no Egg
Salt to taste
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Oil
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
For garnish
2-3 coriander spring
Process:-
● In a kadai heat oil, ghee. Add black cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leave, cloves and cumin
seeds saute well.
● Add onion and saute till it become translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,
red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute well add kasuri methi, tomato and saute well
till the masala gets cooked.
● Add ¼ cup water and let it cooked, add 1 egg yolk boiled so the gravy gets thicken. Add salt
to taste and let it cook.
● In a pan, Add oil, boiled and pricked egg , red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute till
colour appear an keep it aside.
● For omelet, In a mixing bowl add eggs, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste
and mix them well.
● In another pan add oil pour the egg mixture and cook the omelette soft in texture.
● Garnish with coriander
● Serve the gravy in two form, one with boiled egg cut into half and serve hot and one with omelette cut into half.

Green Chillies – 3
Cashews 15-20
Boiled Egg Coating:

Salt – pinch
Turmeric powder – pinch
Red Chilli powder – half tsp
Making of Egg Curry:

Oil - 4 tbsp
Coated Boiled Eggs
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Low Flame
Well Fried
Take aside in a plate
In the same pan,

Add chopped Onions
Mix Once
CLOSE LID & LEAVE FOR 2-3 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Ginger Garlic paste
Fry for 4 Mins on Medium Flame
Cashews 15-20
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Curry leaves 2-3 stems
Fry for 30 seconds on Low Flame
Turmeric powder – half tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Curd – 150gms
Mix Well
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Low Flame
Tomato puree
Fry for 1 Min on Medium Flame
Salt (According to taste)
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Tomato Softens (Texture)
Add Slited Green Chillies
Fry for 2 Mins on Low Flame
Fried Eggs
Fry for 1 Min on Medium Flame
Add Water 50-80ml
CLOSE LID & LEAVE FOR 3 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Cumin powder – half tsp
Coriander powder – half tsp
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
