How To make Fajita Pizza
FAJITA PIZZA:
1/2 lb Boneless, skinless
- chicken breasts 2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 md Green bell pepper, cut into
- thin rings 1 sm Onion, sliced
1/2 c Salsa or picante sauce
1 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
- (6 ounces) Pizza crust (see below) PIZZA CRUST:
1 1/2 c Biscuit baking mix
1/3 c Hot water
Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Cut chicken into strips, 1/8-to 1/4-inch thick. Heat 10-inch skillet until 1 or 2 drops of water bubble and skitter when sprinkled in skillet. Add oil and rotate to coat inside of skillet. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Remove from heat; stir in salsa and set aside. Prepare Pizza Crust. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the cheese over the crust. Top with chicken mixture; Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 475 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. PIZZA CRUST Grease a cookie sheet or 12-inch pizza pan. Mix biscuit baking mix and hot water; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix or flour. Knead about 60 times or until smooth and no longer sticky. With hands dusted with baking mix or flour, press dough into 13-inch circle on cookie sheet or press in pizza pan; pinch edge, forming 1/2-inch rim. Preparation time: 20 minutes Baking time: 12 to 15 minutes

Tikka & Fajita Pizza Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
Flour 1.5 kg
Yeast 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
For the Pizza Sauce:
Tomato Skinned & chopped 1 kg
Tomato paste 250 gm
Thyme 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Basil 1 tsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mozzarella shredded 4 cups
For Tikka Topping:
Chicken boneless cubes 375 gm
Chicken tikka masala 3 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Charcoal 1
Onion sliced 2
For Fajita Topping:
Chicken boneless cubes 375 gm
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Capsicum cubes 1 large
Onion cubes 1 large
Tomatoes cubes 2
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Mushroom sliced ½ tin
Method:
For the dough, put sugar and yeast in 2 cups of luke warm water. Let it rise. Mix the remaining ingredients of the dough. Knead to a soft texture cover and set aside.
For the sauce:
in a pan heat oil add garlic and onion fry for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients along with 2 cups of water bring it to a boil. Cook on slow flame for 10 minutes. Grind to make a smooth paste and set aside.
For Tikka:
marinate the chicken with tikka masala. Give a smoky flavor with charcoal. Cook on high heat in a pan with oil for 10 minutes, set aside.
For Fajita:
In a bowl add chicken, salt, crushed red chili, oregano and lemon juice. Heat oil in a pan add chicken fry on high flame for 10 minutes, set aside.
Heat oven to 225 C. flatten the dough and spread in a pan. Leave it to rise for 10 minute. Spread the pizza sauce, then chicken tikka and onion, bake for 20 minutes. Remove and set aside.
For fajita pizza, repeat the sauce process. Put fajita chicken along with the vegetables & bake for 20 minutes. Serve.

Dough Ingridents
Water : 518 Gram
Dough Blend Powder : 10 Gram
Cooking Oil : 25 Gram
All Purpose flour : 1 Kg
Sauce Ingredients
Tomato Paste Tin : 400 Gram
Chicken Powder : 1 Teaspoon
Red Chili Flakes : 1 Teaspoon
Salt : Half Tea Spoon or as per your taste
Water : As Per Required
Oregano Herb : 1.5 tea spoon
Garlic Powder : Half Tea Spoon
Topping Ingredients
Pizza Sauce : Apply on dough
Mozzarella Cheese : 60 Gram Bottom
Fajita meat : 80 Gram
Green Capsicum : 20 Gram
Onion : 10 Gram
Mozzarella Cheese: 60 Gram on Top
