Super Easy No-Bake Cheesecake (No Egg, No Gelatine, No Condensed milk)
This no-bake vanilla cheesecake is with smooth creamy filling, perfectly combined with a biscuits base that has a slight salty touch to it. Great combo! Super easy and doesn't require gelatine. Do try!

✨Ingredients✨
***For the Crust***
125g (4 oz) cookies crumbs (Leibniz Butterkeks, Oreo, digestive bisquits etc.)
1/4 cup (50g) butter, melted
***For the Cheese filling***
1+1/3 cups (300 g) Full fat Cream cheese, room temperature
5.3 oz (150g) white chocolate
3/4 cup (200ml) Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
????????Instructions
✅Line the sides and the bottom of 7-inch (18 cm) springform pan.
✅To make the crust: crush cookies into fine crumbs (using a food processor or a Ziploc bag). Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into bottom of 7-inch (18 cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
✅Melt a white chocolate over the water bath. Allow to cool down slightly.
✅Add cream cheese and vanilla mix until everything is combined and smooth and there are no lumps in the mixture.
✅In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
✅Pour the filling into the pan.
❄️Refrigerate overnight
✅Decorate the top of the cake with cookies crumbs or with fresh fruits if desired
**Storage:**
✅Store in the fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 1 month
❗️Measurements Note: All recipes have been developed using weight measurements. Although US volume measurements have been included for your convenience, it is highly encouraged that you weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale to get the best possible results. Due to the sensitive nature of baking, kitchen scales are proven to yield more accurate and consistent results than measuring cups. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
4 eggs L
540g (19oz) fat free cream cheese
450g (15.87oz) fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F (165C).
2. In a large bowl place cream cheese, Greek yogurt, stevia and protein powder. Beat until smooth.
3. Add vanilla extract and eggs (one at the time) and beat until incorporated.
4. Pour the batter into an 8-inch (20 cm) baking pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake on 325°F (165°C) for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 200°F (100°C) and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
6. Let cool to room temperature and then cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Weight Watchers-With Calories & Macros- I tried out a new recipe from the WW app for 0 pt cheesecake to see what we thought. I found it to be pretty good, especially for zero pts. It is perfect for anytime you want a guilt free, zero point dessert! Additional nutritional information Included below⬇️⬇️

Ingredients:
4 cups Fat free cottage cheese
2⁄3 cups Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol(or calorie free/pt free sweetener of choice)
1⁄2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 1⁄2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
3 large eggs Eggs
1 cup Raspberries
Cooking spray
Instructions:
In a food processor(my food processor is a 9 cup and it barely fit), blend the cottage cheese until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Add the monk fruit sweetener, yogurt, and vanilla; process until well combined. Add the eggs; process until smooth. Spray a springform pan (mine was 9 1/2-inch) with cooking spray. You can wrap the outside of the pan with foil as the instructions on the WW website says, but I would suggest using several layers of foil or even better, place it in or on an oven safe dish to prevent any leakage from making a mess.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350F until the cheesecake is golden around the edges and still a bit wobbly in the center, 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled and set, at least 3 hours. Remove the sides of the pan. Cut into 8 slices. Top the cheesecake with raspberries before serving.
