Just across the street from Central Market in Phnom Penh, you’ll find an amazing local spot for lunch that serves Cambodian flaming beef in a cow shaped pan. They light the cast iron skillets on fire, and then toss in some beef, seasoning, onions, eggs, and finish it off with some sauces and green onions. One of the best things about the dish is watching them being made and the lady that makes them could probably do it with her eyes closed, she’s done it so many times.
You eat the flaming beef pan and juices with rice, and it goes perfectly together, especially with some extra added chilies and chili sauce.
We ate here on a spur of the moment, just walking by in Phnom Penh and looking for something delicious to eat, and it turned out to be a must eat in Phnom Penh.

Recipe ingredients and Process:
Beat eggs ingredients:
Egg's: 3
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp(powder)
*Mix egg’s until foamy texture
*Mixture is ready!
*Now add oil into the PAN
Oil: 2 tbsp
*Heat up oil on medium flame
*Add egg’s mixture
*Cover and cook it on medium low flame
*After uncover
*Flip it
*Again cover it and cook it
*Our egg is ready, Now Cut into cone shape
Making flour & its mixture:
Flour(maida): 2 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp(powder)
Garlic: 1/2 tsp(powder)
Ginger: 1/2 tsp(powder)
*Ginger and garlic powder(optional)
*Mix well
*Add 3 tbsp of flour into other empty bowl
*Add water and make a thick paste
*Take a piece of egg
*Now dip into liquid batter
*Coat it with flour(maida)
*After completing coating, Repeat process if required
*Coat all egg's
*Now Frying time
*Fry on medium flame until golden brown
*Our snacks are ready ...WHooo :)

How To Cook Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs

Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs
Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
Water, to cover
Ice, for ice bath
PREPARATION
Place eggs in a pot. Cover with cold water until the eggs are covered by about 1 inch of water.
Bring to a boil, uncovered. Once boiling, take off the heat.
Cover and cook for 4-16 minutes, depending on preference (4-6 minutes for soft-boiled, 8-10 minutes for medium-boiled, 12-16 minutes for hard-boiled). In the meantime, fill a large bowl with ice and cold water, creating an ice bath.
Once eggs reach desired cook-time, immediately remove the eggs from pot and place in the ice bath. Allow eggs to cool for 10-15 minutes.
To peel, lightly tap the eggs on a flat surface, then gently roll back and forth (taking extra care with soft-boiled eggs).
Pull away the loosened shell and peel any remaining pieces.
Serve as is or incorporate into your favorite recipe that requires hard-boiled eggs.
