Yogurt Fruit Delight
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) Fresh 1 kg
-Tetra pack Cream 400 ml
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Fruit cocktail (strain) 2 Cups or as required
-Fruit cocktail syrup ½ Cup or as required
Directions:
-In bowl,place cotton/cheese cloth,add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cotton/cheese cloth together and tie the knot tightly,hang overnight or minimum 6 hours.
-In bowl,add hang curd,tetra pack cream,condensed milk and mix.
-Add fruit cocktail and mix well.
-Add fruit cocktail syrup,mix well until desired consistency & refrigerate for 4 hours.
-Fruit yogurt is ready and serve chilled.

-Fruit cocktail dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Fruit cocktail syrup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Fruit yogurt tayyar hai aur thanda serve karein.

If you want to hear these three words, whether you're hosting a party or just at a family table, than make this delicious yet extremely healthy Fruit Yogurt Delight. Its very easy and quick to put it together even for a large crowds or even kids for their daily breakfast or snacks. I make this in bulk and keep it in refrigerator for a quick snack so you can distract your kids from junk foods.
You can choose any fruits and dry fruits in this recipe. Only proportion I think you need is the yogurt and honey. You may use sugar or other sweeteners instead of honey in case allergic to honey. And since its festive time of the year I really like to use pomegranate seeds.

Frozen Fruit Yogurt

Banana & Peanut Butter:
-Banana frozen 1 & ½ Cup
-Peanut butter 1/4 Cup
-Hung yogurt ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs or to taste
Mango Frozen Yogurt:
-Mango frozen 1 & ½ Cup
-Hung yogurt ½ Cup
-Shahad (Honey) 2 tbs or to taste
-Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Peach Frozen Yogurt:
-Peaches frozen 1 & ½ Cup
-Hung yogurt ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs or to taste
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
Directions:
-In bowl,place strainer,cotton/cheese cloth,add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cotton/cheese cloth together and tie the knot tightly,hang overnight or minimum 6-8 hours.

-In blender,add frozen banana,peanut butter,hanged yogurt,brown sugar and blend until smooth.
-In container,add blended mixture,cover with cling film and lid and freeze for 8-10 hours in freezer.
