8 oz Nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c Canned unsweetened pineapple
-(chunks) drained & chilled 1/2 c Canned sliced peaches
-(unsweetened)
drained and chilled 5 Ice cubes
1 Banana; peeled

cut into 1-inch pieces -- and frozen 1/4 c Skim milk
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Fruity Yogurt Delight Recipe
1 Kg Fresh yogurt
1 tin Fruit cocktail tin (800 gms)
1 cup mango chunks
1 tin condensed milk (400ml)
Cherry for garnishing
Dry fruit for garnishing
Strain excessive juices from fruit cocktail. Preserve the fruit and half cup of juice.
Strain the yogurt to take out excessive water. Add to a bowl then add condensed milk. Using whisk mix the yogurt. Add half cup of fruit cocktail juice and again whisk. Now add fruit and mango chunks and mix well with a spoon. Add to serving bowl and garnish with mango chunks, cherries and dry fruit. Very yummy, tasty and healthy dessert is ready in just few minutes. Serve chilled.
