Mexican Beef And Rice Casserole Recipe
oil
1 pound ground beef
1 onion diced
1/2 tsp garlic paste 3 garlic cloves minced
15 oz canned corn
15 oz canned black beans
1 packet taco seasoning
14 oz jar chunky salsa
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup minute rice
2 cups Mexican cheese
Preheat oven to 375F
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray
Cook the onions and garlic. Brown the meat.
Combine all the above ingredients in the prepared casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes
Add the remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

Pasta & Meat Skillet Recipe
A simple pasta and meat skillet recipe that you can use with Raffaele Pasta Sauce.
EQUIPMENT
Skillet or Frying Pan
Pot
INGREDIENTS
Vegetable or Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Your Favourite Seasoning
Raffaele Pasta Sauce
Penne Pasta
Your Favourite Meats
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
Begin heating a skillet or frying pan with oil
Begin heating a pot of water and add salt
Prepare garlic & onions for saute
Cook
When pan is hot, add onions
When onions begin to appear translucent, add garlic
When water begins to boil, add pasta
Add meat to garlic& onion saute (stir frequently)
Season meat with salt, pepper, and your favourite seasoning
After pasta is finished, use the same pot to heat the pasta sauce
Once the pasta sauce is heated, mix it with the pasta
Once meat is fully cooked, mix it in with the pasta mix and stir
Let sit for a few minutes before serving
Sprinkle with parsley and/or Parmesan cheese if desired

Rice A Roni Beef Flavor Rice
Rice, vermicelli, beef broth and carrots with other natural flavors since 1958
What you need:
2 Tablespoon butter. 2-1/2 cups water.
In a large skillet, combine rice-vermicelli mix and butter or margarine.
Sauté over medium heat until vermicelli is golden brown, stirring frequently.
Slowly stir in water and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
3 cups prepared. Enjoy!

I know we all grew up eating Chef Boyardee products, but this version is all natural and you'll know exactly what you're eating. This is the perfect easy weeknight meal that comes together really quickly and will feed an entire family. You'll definitely even have enough for leftovers! I used lots of cheese in this beefaroni because you know that pasta and cheese go hand in hand! I'll show you step by step how to make the meat sauce, cook the pasta and whip this entire dish up! INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- macaroni noodles
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 TB dried basil
- 1 lb grated colby/monterey jack cheese
- 1 TB beef base (for sauce)
- 1 tsp beef base (for pasta)
- 1 TB sugar
- 1 TB tomato paste
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 5-6 cloves minced garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
All given measurements are an approximation and meant to be tailored to suit your individual preferences and dietary needs!
