How To make Fudge Brownie Pie(Rice)
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine,
-melted 2 Eggs
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4 ts Salt
1 t Vanilla extract
1/2 c Chopped pecans Whipped
-cream, optional -Strawberries, optional
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs; mix well. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie pan. Bake at 350! for 25-30 minutes or until almost set. Serve with servings. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994

Luby's Butternut Brownie Pie Recipe

Recipe:
4 extra large egg whites, at room temp
1⁄8 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1⁄4 cups granulated sugar (separated)
14 graham cracker squares, broken in 1/2-inch pieces
1 1⁄4 cup pecan pieces (separated)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Lightly grease or spray with cooking spray a 9 pie plate.
In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites and baking powder until soft peaks form.
Add cream of tartar, beating constantly. Add 1 cup of the sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
Using a rubber scraper, fold in graham crackers and pecan pieces.
Spoon into pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire rack.
In chilled small bowl using chilled beaters, beat cream just until it begins to thicken.
Add remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and vanilla and continue beating until stiff peaks form, taking care not to over beat.
Top pie with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with pecans and refrigerate until served.

This is an old-fashioned homemade pie recipe passed down for generations. This hot fudge pie is perfect for your sweet tooth, serve warm with ice cream for an extra special dessert!
Hot Fudge Pie Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
chocolate premade pie crust (optional)
powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix in well. Add cocoa powder, salt, and flour and stir until well combined.
Grease a 8″ pie plate with butter or prepare the premade crust.
Pour mixture in pie plate.
Bake for 30 -35 minutes until center is set.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
