How To make Fuzzy Navel Cheesecake
CRUST:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large egg
:
FILLING 3 pkg cream cheese :
(8 oz) softened
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup peach schnapps
5 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
:
GLAZE 2/3 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate :
thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons peach schnapps
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons lemon juice
COOKIE CRUST: In medium bowl, stir together flour and sugar. Add egg, butter and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until well combined. With greased fingers press dough evenly onto bottom of greased 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or til lightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside. (Can also use 8-oz. package refrigerated sugar cookie dough.) FILLING: In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in orange juice, schnapps, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour mixture over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 200 degrees and bake for an additional hour and 10 minutes, or until center no longer looks shiny or wet. Remove cake from oven and run a knife around the edge of pan. Chill, uncovered, overnight. GLAZE: In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Pour over cheesecake. Chill until serving time. Happy Memorial Day!! This is just a quick video for my honeybun cake. Since I decided not to cook anything complicated, I had to make a dessert. I think you'll like this cinnamony treat that only takes 30mins to cook and about 15mins to prep.
For the cake:
1 yellow cake
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
For the sugary mix:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
For the glaze:
1.5 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

It's Thursday...so you must be thirsty! Let's make a drink!
Today, we will be making my favorite drink from my study abroad trip to Belize, a Panty Ripper! My friends and I literally drank these every chance we got during our trip. When I returned I had to make this for my mom and she LOVES them! This drink is perfect for summer time and I love drinking this out in the sun by the pool! I don't normally use rum, but Ciroc Summer Colada instead, just because I love Ciroc. We'll be using Malibu and the Belizean Rum from my trip today, though. I hope you guys like it and if you have any questions feel free to ask below and I will definitely answer them all!

How to Make The Sex On The Beach Cocktail | Booze On The Rocks
Today on Booze On The Rocks we show you how to make the Sex On The Beach Cocktail. There are a couple of different opinions on who created the Sex On The Beach Cocktail. The first is that a spirits company named National Distribution wanted to boost sales of its new liqueur, peach schnapps. So they launched a contest to award $1,000 to the bar that sold the most peach schnapps, and a further $100 to the bartender who made the most sales. So Ted Pizio of Confetti's Bar in Florida took up the challenge and gave us the cocktail that we know today. However according to some cocktail historians the recipe for a Sex On The Beach cocktail shows up in the 1982 edition of American Bartenders School Guide to Drinks. But I believe that it is a combination of a Fuzzy Navel (orange juice and peach schnapps) with a Cape Codder (vodka and cranberry juice). Try it out and let me know what you think.

SEX ON THE BEACH
Yellow Layer
1 oz/30 ml Peach Schnapps
1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
Red Layer
.5 oz/15 ml Chambord
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
1.5 oz/45 ml Cranberry Juice
Method
1. Add the first three ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Add the last three ingredients to a separate shaker tin.
4. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
5. Add ice to a hurricane glass.
6. Pour in the first set of ingredients.
7. Pour in the second set of ingredients slowly so it layers.
8. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
