Cooking with G: Buck Sausage & veggies
Ingredients:
Sausage 1/2 pound
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup brocoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
3 cloves garlic
2 cups jasmine rice
1 large potato cubed
olive oil
salt
pepper
basil
Cube potatoes, lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and basil. Place on a cookie sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
course chop all the veggies and set aside.
slice sausage and cook in a medium heat skillet until just browned on the edges.
Remove sausage from skillet and toss in the veggies. Cook until wilted. Finely chop garlic and add garlic continuing to cook until garlic is lightly browned.
Prepare jasmine rice according to directions on package.
Plate by covering rice with veggies and serving sausage and potatoes on the side.

9 g dried instant yeast
460 ml lukewarm water
