How To make Grilled Hamburgers with Sour Cream and Herbs
2 2/3 lb Lean ground beef
1/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp
-dried 1 tb Minced fresh parsley
1 ts Minced fresh rosemary OR
1/4 ts Dried, crumbled
3/4 ts Pepper
Thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Shape beef mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) Place burgers on grill. Cover grill and cook burgers to desired doneness, about 4 minutes for medium rare. THAI STYLE PORK BUGERS ** budget family meal**

Serves 4
600g pork mince
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 medium red onion, peeled and cut roughly
1/2 cup parsley leaves
4 hamburger rolls, split and toasted
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
lettuce leaves, chopped
Olive oil spray
Add in food processor onion, parsley, mince & curry paste and process until all is combined well.
If you don’t have a processor, chop red onion and parsley finely and combine well with mince and paste.
Split the mince mixture into 4 and form into patty shapes. (this should be 2extra large tablespoons of mixture)
Spray the burgers with oil oil and BBQ or grill for approx 3-5mins on each side , or until cooked through.
Meanwhile combine the sour cream and the sweet chilli sauce . Spread on both sides on the burger bun, top with lettuce and tomato and patty, and serve.

Ingredients
8 ounces chuck, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
8 ounces sirloin, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
In separate batches, pulse the chuck and the sirloin in a food processor 10 times. Combine the chuck, sirloin, and kosher salt in a large bowl. Form the meat into 5-ounce patties.
Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the hamburger patties in the pan. For medium-rare burgers, cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side. For medium burgers, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side. Flip the burgers only once during cooking.
