1 1/2 Lb. ground beef 1 C. frozen green peas 1 Tsp. salt 1 Pkg. Campbell's tomato soup 1/2 Tsp. garlic salt 1/2 C. Parmesan 1 Tsp. A.1. steak sauce 1/2 C. chopped onion 2 Tsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tsp. turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon Brown ground beef in iron skillet, drain grease off, add onion and all the seasonings in to the beef; add green peas and Parmesan. Then simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or put in pita bread pocket and make sandwich.

Quick and Easy Lamb Mince Curry in 30mins | Lamb Keema Curry
Easy homemade lamb mince keema curry recipe made with minced lamb, green peas, and flavourful curry sauce. Perfect weeknight curry dinner anyone can simply make at home! This minced lamb curry can be served with steamed rice or naan.

Ingredients ▢300 g Lamb mince About 10oz ▢100 g Green peas About 1 cup ▢3-4 Shallot onion Asian shallot or baby shallot onions, Finely chopped ▢2 Tomato Finely chopped ▢2 tsp Tomato puree Tomato puree or concentrate ▢8-10 Curry leaves Or 2 bay leaves ▢3 cloves Garlic Finely chopped or grated ▢1 tbsp Ginger paste Or finely grated fresh ginger ▢2 tbsp Oil Vegetable or neutral flavour oil ▢2 tbsp Ghee Or butter/ oil ▢1½ cup Water Warm water Seasonings & Spices ▢1 tsp Paprika powder Or chilli powder ▢½ tsp Turmeric ▢1½ tsp Garam masala ▢½ tsp Coriander powder ▢½ tsp Cumin seeds ▢½ tsp Black pepper ▢1½ tsp Salt Garnish ▢Green chilli Cut half lengthways ▢Coriander Roughly chopped

Instruction Sauté cumin seeds , curry leaves and saute for few seconds. Follow with chopped shallot onion and stir it well until the onion become translucent.
Add the garlic, ginger and continue stir fry until the onions become light brown. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree.
Now add the seasoning spices, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, black pepper, and coriander powder.
Add lamb mince, stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes then add the green peas and pour the water in, bring it to boil. Continue cook for another 3-4 minutes and add more water if needed.
Stir in green chillies and chopped coriander. Turn off the heat and transfer to serving plate. Serve with plain basmati rice , naan or chapati.
