How To make Guinness Cheesecake
2 pk Of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c White sugar
1/4 Guinness Extra Stout
1/2 ts Cinnamon.
I mixed this all up, but it seemed a little thin, so I added 2 tbsp of flour (it may need more, and finally) 2 eggs.
I poured this into a 'nilla wafer crust, but I suggest you use a springform pan because it will rise. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes. It tastes pretty good, but it doesn't hold together all that well. Next time I'll try an extra egg. Have fun! The cheesecake comes out a pale tan. Recipe of the Day: Chocolate Guinness Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted with 1 tablespoon of water added.
FILLING:
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Guinness
Top with Baileys whipped cream!
Bailey's Whipped cream
2 cups of heavy cream
1/4 c of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of baileys
Add all ingredients into a bowl and beat until stiff peaks from.
Directions
In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar; stir in butter mixture. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. spring form pan; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low just until combined. Stir in vanilla and Guinness just until blended. Pour filling over crust.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight
