How To make Hamburg Pie

-1 bag of cooked cut green beans
-1 15oz can of tomato sauce
-1 full batch of 2 ingredient dough (1 cup self rising flour and 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt)
-1 egg
-5 ounces Trader Joe’s Lite Mozzarella
-1 pound of 96/4 lean ground beef (you can use ground turkey for less points if you want, I just prefer ground beef)
- 1/2 onion..diced
Cook chopped onion and ground beef in a skillet until beef is fully cooked. While beef is cooking, combine yogurt and flour to make 2 ingredient dough. Roll out dough and lay into round pie dish. Beat egg and pour over crust (I rub it in with a paper towel and scoop out any extra puddle of egg so there’s not too much) Sprinkle 1oz of the cheese onto the crust. Drain beef, return to pan and pour in the tomato sauce and cooked green beans. Simmer all together. Pour beef green bean mixture onto the crust. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Serves 8 for 3 smartpoints per serving. We cut into 4 servings which made it 7 points per serving. Enjoy!

1 yellow Cake mix
mix as directed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. cool whip or whip topping
2 cups sweetened coconut

1 to 2 T. minced garlic
2 T. tomato sauce or paste
juice from strained meat
salt
pepper
oregano
basil
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup a p flour
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
provolone cheese about 7 slices
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

350 40 minutes

Hamburger Casserole. 100 year old recipe. This video had to be re-uploaded! In this video I'll be whipping up a simple, one pot dish that is perfect for any weeknight dinner. The variations are virtually endless. It's easy a, affordable and delicious. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on.

Ingredients:

1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 cup of chopped onions
4 cups of diced potatoes
1 cup of milk
Salt & pepper to taste
4 ounces of Provolone cheese (or any cheese that you prefer)
1 teaspoon of corn starch to thicken
**Optional - 1 cup of chopped green bell peppers

Recipe :
1 lb hamburger
1 diced onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup Hellman's Mayo
1/4 Heavy Whipping Cream
8oz (or more) shredded cheddar cheese
salt / pepper / onion powder / garlic powder
- brown, crumble, and drain hamburger
- mix in diced onion, onion powder, and garlic powder (if you desire)
*You can mix this in while browning if you want, it makes no difference.
- pour hamburger mixture into greased pie pan
- mix half of the cheese in with the burger
- spread the other half of the cheese on top the burger mixture
- separately mix the eggs, mayo, and heavy cream, then pour over top the burger mixture.
bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

1 TBL spoon Minced Garlic

1/2 cup of bisquik
3/4 cup of milk

Bake 400 for 25 mins
