Preheat oven to 500?F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Slice unpeeled baking potato into very thin slices. In bowl, toss potato slices with dressing until evenly coated. Arrange potatos in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake about 20 min. or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once after 10 min.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 700g Raw Chicken Breast Cubed
- 1 tbsp Dark & Low Soy Sauce each
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 25-30g Corn Flour / Corn Starch
- 800g Raw White Potatoes cut into Chips
- Season Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 1 Medium Red & Green Bell Peppers chopped
- Season Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, Chilli Flakes
- Chopped Green Onion
Important Cooking Notes
- Mix the chicken till well combined, you can cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10-12 mins at 200C or cook like the video instructions
- Bake the fries in the oven for 25mins at 210C or
Air Fry for 12-15mins at 210C
- You can reheat the fries in a pan or air fryer to make them cripsy again

Oat fiber: 3.5 tablespoons
Sweetener: 1 tablespoon
Water: 1/3 cup or as required
Salt: A pinch
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes: 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon powder/juice: A pinch or a few drops
????If you don't care about the shape of the chips, bake them in one go at 120°C for 45-50 minutes.

(makes 12 large chips)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (45g)
1/2 cup grated grana padano cheese (35g)
1/2 cup shredded carrots (40g)
garlic powder or chilli flakes (optional)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per chips):
26 calories, fat 1.9g, carb 0.5g, protein 1.9g
Preparation:
In a bowl add the grated cheeses and shredded carrots, mix to combine.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and spread on a lined sheet pan, making a small cheese piles.
Using your fingers, flatten each of the piles.
Sprinkle with garlic powder or any spice or herb you desire.
Bake at 400F (200C) for 10 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 minutes, than transfer to a paper towel to remove all the excess fat.
