1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, divided
1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons honey, divided
2 limes, juiced, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil (if not using a grill)
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce1 avocado, peeled and pit take out
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
8 corn tortillas, store-bought or homemade, warmed
Yield 4 servings.
Preheat a grill or heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Spicy Chicken Tacos
Spicy Chicken Taco Time
Serves 4 or two hungry people
Spice Rub
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Mexican Chilli Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
1 Tablespoon Paprika
Salt & Pepper
2 Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Lime
Pico De Gallo
2 Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Red Onion, Diced
5 Slices Jalapeno’s
1/3 Cup of Parsley, chopped
1/2 Lime
Salt & Pepper
Toppings
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
Olive oil
Sour Cream
Soft Tacos
Toasted Corn
Method
In a large bowl add all of the Spice rub ingredients and mix well to combine.
On a chopping board slice up your chicken breast into strips and leave aside.
For the Pico De Gallo in a bowl add diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, parsley. Squeeze in juice from half a lime and salt & Pepper - mix to combine.
In a pan on low - medium heat drizzle in some olive oil and add the onions, cook the onions for about 10 minutes or until translucent.
Time to get the chicken cooking, in a pan on low - medium heat add a drizzle of olive oil then add in the chicken until you can see the chicken becoming slightly browned, add in the spice mix and coat all of the chicken then squeeze over the other half of the lime juice, cook for a further couple of minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.
In a pan add a drizzle of oil then add in a can of drained corn then cook the corn for about 10 minutes until it gets golden & crispy.
To serve the tacos, lay down your taco add chicken, pico de Gallo, sour cream, red onion, corn & serve with a wedge of lime. Enjoy lovelies xxx

Spicy Chicken Tacos
To whoever said it wasn't possible to out fire in a taco, we see your traditional taco and raise you these Spicy Chicken Tacos, made with our Kettle Cooked Fuego Potato Chips. Baked to a crispy fuego-perfection, these delicious chicken tenders bring the crunch and the heat, if we do say so ourselves. ????
Ingredients
1 bag Siete Kettle Cooked Fuego Potato Chips
1 lb Chicken Tenders
2 tbsp Flax Meal
1 cup Water
½ cup Cassava Flour
3 tbsp Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
¼ cup Dairy Free Yogurt
½ cup Iceberg Lettuce sliced thinly
1 package Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas
2 Limes
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2. Crush Fuego Potato Chips finely. Combine flax meal and water in a bowl and let it slightly thicken.
3. Bread each tender by dipping in cassava flour, then flax meal, then potato chips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. On a warm Grain Free Almond Flour Tortilla, place 1 or 2 crispy tenders. Top each taco with shredded lettuce, and chopped tomatoes. Drizzle with yogurt and Habanero Hot Sauce.
5. Serve with fresh lime.
EASY Chicken Taco Recipe! How To Make Chicken Tacos
I love corn flour for this recipe, but if you're more of a corn tortilla person, feel free to sub those in instead.

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 no. red pepper chopped
1 no. green pepper chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic smashed.
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp tsp cumin powder
500 gms chicken mince
12 corn taco shells
Salsa
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
2 tbsp fresh parsely
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp tabassco
1/2 lemon (juice)
Salt
Guacamole
1 ripe avocados
½ lime
Salt as required
2 tbsp fresh cream
Method
- Chop the veggies
- In a pan heat some olive oil and then add the veggies and saute them
- Add minced chicken and cook it on a high flame
- Add salt, paprika and roasted cumin powder
- Roughly chop the garlic and add it into the pan and stir it properly
- Once the chicken is cooked properly turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool
- Chop onion,green chillies and tomato and mix them together
- Also chop some parsley, salt and juice of lemon mix it and add tabasco
- In a bowl add the avocado, salt, cream and juice of lemon
- Whisk it all together
- Shred the lettuce leaves
- In a taco shell put lettuce leaves, chicken filling, salsa and guacamole
- Chicken Mexican Taco is ready to be served.
