How To make Hot Stuffed Avocado
4 lg Avocados (peel and halve)
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/16 t Garlic powder
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
2 T Green onion (chopped)
1/2 t Celery salt
1/16 t Cayenne pepper
1/4 c Flour
2 c Light cream
2 c Chicken (cooked & minced)
1 c Sharp Cheddar (grated)
Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color. Put in large baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. Melt butter; add green onions, celery salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. blend in flour. Add cream. Cook while stirring until thickened. Fold in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake avocados at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. remove to serving plates. Crab Stuffed Avocado
This is a great recipe for crab stuffed avocado. We made our crab mixture with lump crab meat, mayo, old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, scallions and havarti cheese. We dusted our avocados with panko breading, and placed our crab mixture into the center.
We also made hollandaise from scratch using a blender. It is an easy and fool proofway to make an easy emulsification.
Our avocados were placed in a 350 degree oven and then broiled to get a nice browning on the panko and melt the cheese.

Stuffed Avocado Recipe | Vegan Avocado Appetizers
Easy, quick and a vegan appetizer recipe, these veggie stuffed avocados with agave drizzle are ready in under 10 minutes, and are packed with flavor.
Made From
1 tbsp of agave nectar
1 drop of hot sauce
1 avocado
1 campari tomato
1 tsp of diced red onion
Directions
1. To make agave sauce, add 1 tbsp of agave nectar and hot sauce to a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2. Slice 1 avocado in half, removing pit. Dice tomato and red onion, and add to avocado.
3. Drizzle with agave sauce.
4. Serve and enjoy!
