How To make Hunan Hot& Sour Chicken
-Chicken - 2 t Each cornstarch and dry
-sherry 1/4 t Each salt and pepper
1 lb Chicken breasts, skinned,
-boned, and cut in bite-siz -pieces 3 1/2 T Salad oil
1 T Minced garlic
2 t Minced fresh ginger
1 T Fermented black beans,
-rinsed and drained 1 sm Green pepper, seeded
-and cut into 1 inch pieces 1 Medium-size carrot, thinly
-sliced 8 oz Can sliced bamboo shoots
1 T Water
-Cooking sauce - 2 t Cornstarch
1/2 t Each crushed red pepper
-and salad oil 2 T Soy sauce
2 1/2 T White wine vinegar
1/2 c Chicken broth
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sherry, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir to coat, then stir in 1 1/2 t of the oil and let stand for 15 minutes to marinate. Prepare cooking sauce by blending all ingredients in another bowl, set aside. Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat. When pan is hot, add 2 T of the oil. When oil begins to heat, add garlic, ginger, and black beans. Stir once, then add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is opaque (about 3 minutes). Remove chicken from pan. Add the remaining 1 T oil to pan. When oil is hot, add green pepper, carrot and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add water and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Stir cooking sauce, add to pan, and cook, stirring, until sauce bubbles and thickens. If you like food that produces watery eyes and a burning mouth, pass a little bowl of hot pepper & black bean sauce (recipe follows).

Directions:
Step 1
Put the chicken, carrots, cabbage, chilly and onion in a large or medium soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and simmer, uncovered, until the chicken meat falls off of the bones (skim off foam every so often)
Step 2
Take everything out of the pot. Strain the broth. Pick the meat off of the bones and chop the carrots, celery and onion. Season the broth with salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste, if desired. Return the chicken, carrots, celery and onion to the pot, stir together, and serve.

How to make Hunan chicken
Indo chinese hunan chicken recipe
Restaurant style indian Chinese hunan chicken
Boneless chicken cubes 500 gm
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder / Kashmiri chilli powder 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Maida 4 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Oil
Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Green,yellow and red capsicum
(Cut into cubes) 1/2 cup
Spring onion green 2 tbsp
Onion small 1 quartered and separate the layers
Fried cashews 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped celery 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Chilly paste 1 tbsp
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Maggie chicken cube 1
How to make chili paste
Boil 20 Kashmiri chilli in hot water for 10 minutes. Allow to cool , transfer to a blender along with remaining water (2tbsp)&1tsp of vinegar. Blend to a smooth paste . Heat 5 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot,add the chili paste to the pan and sauté till oil floats on top. Take it from heat and let it cool completely. Transfer it to a clean & dry jar with a tight lid and refrigerate for 15 days . If you want to keep more time keep in freezer.

Water (വെള്ളം) - 5 Cups (1250 ml)
Onion (സവോള) - 1 No (Medium Size)
Carrot (ക്യാരറ്റ്) - ½ of one
Crushed Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി ചതച്ചത്) - 1 Inch Piece
Crushed Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി ചതച്ചത്) - 2 Cloves
Chicken (ചിക്കൻ) - 200 gm
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ½ + ½ Teaspoon
Crushed Black Pepper (കുരുമുളക് ചതച്ചത്) - ½ + ½ Teaspoon
Egg (മുട്ട) - 1 No
Corn Flour (ചോളം പൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - 1 Tablespoon

Add mushrooms capsicum cubed and green onion to oil wen mushroom changes colour add chinese style chicken fried (using the same chicken lolypop mixture fry the chicken.)

Hunan Style Chilli Chicken Recipe-
Ingredients:
1 pack Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix
200 gm diced chicken
1 capsicum diced
1 onion diced
2 dry red chillies chopped
½ cup corn flour
1 egg beaten
450 ml water
Oil to deep fry
1 spring onion chopped to garnish
Mix 1 beaten egg with diced chicken. Add corn flour and mix well, coating each piece of chicken. Deep fry chicken and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir fry for 2 min. Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 2 min.Add fried chicken, mix and stir fry for 1 min or till the sauce is thick. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
